Disappointing

Comfortable bed

I was misled, in pictures it shows stand alone whirlpool in room, that’s what I thought I was reserving. What I got was a bathtub with jets and drain plug didn’t work wouldn’t hold water, very disappointing Blinds didn’t work and half the lights didn’t work

Absolute dump. Felt unsafe (thankfully they overbooked us).

We travelled 15hrs to California and this was a stopover on the way to Lake Tahoe. On arrival we were told they had our booking but had let the room out to someone else, which was hugely annoying and inconvenient...but to be honest we were really thankful. The place was an absolute dump. People lining the halls, hanging out, including adults drinking - felt completely unsafe (definitely wouldn't want to have my kids leaving the room without us). The hotel was really run down, dim, and musty - I definitely wouldn't stop there having.seen it, despite the low.price and location. We were relocated to the Turlock Inn, a few miles away. Another low cost motel, and while relatively basic, was clean, well appointed for the price, had breakfast covered, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

Excellent stay+ breakfast for its price!

Whole Hotel smelled nice, the room was clean and the bed soooooo comfy! I liked the 2 USB chargers on both sides of the bed. When I compare this hotel to all of the previous ones on our West coast Road trip, this is so far the winner at its price cathegory!

The pool had mold on the sides of it the hot tub was broken the water pressure in the room sucked it was hot in the hallways the front desk clerk was arguing on the phone when we were checking in

It was kool for the price but I wouldn’t stay again.

The location was okay.

The hotel lobby and breakfast area was tiny and didn’t have much room to move around other ppl. So it made my family and I feel rushed about getting breakfast. We hated that there was no elevator in the building and the keycard always stopped working. We also didn’t like the parking look. It seemed to be a shared parking lot with truck drivers who hung out at night drinking.

Clean, comfy but could use more attention to quality

Easy access from the parking lot to the room and Freeway right there. Near lots of food options. the room was Very spacious and bed was way more comfortable than the Comfort Inn one we recently stayed in right up the street there. breakfast was decent food wise options from hot biscuit and gravy and eggs/ sausage. cereal, yogurt, coffee and orange juice. fruits. pool seemed accessible but I wouldn’t like to hang out in the courtyard area due to very poor building conditions that make it very ugly to look at. pool water looked clean from a distance. Secure rooms with a key in gate and then key in doors from there to our room on the East end.

The front counter staff didn’t greet us and were very quiet when we walked in. made us feel some hostility. looked like maybe they were training but we couldn’t tell who was the trainee because they didn’t say much other than to ask us for the needed cards like I.D. and bank card and then explained to us directions to our room kinda fast. Heads up the room was renovated recently but cheaply. the little reading lights on the headboard didn’t work. the bathtub calling started cracking and separating with the water/body weight and then closed back up a bit when it was emptied. Only one tiny trash can in the entire King suite and no place to set a towel when taking a bath. lots of room to install another shelf or hook for that. place is unappealing visually but clean in the hallways and room. breakfast area could be advertised a bit better as it is in two old rooms make shifted into the eating/dining areas in a tiny walk way behind the front counter.

Staff was kind, breakfast was good, location was great next to lots of stores and restaurants. Cleanliness of hotel was good as well.

Didn't see an elevator, that could have helped out with making trips easier with luggage.

Disgusting hotel- zero value for your money.

The breakfast was better than expected given the remarkable lousiness of the whole facility. And I really liked all the stray cats running around- it was kind of comforting looking out my window and seeing them drinking from the pool and eating garbage like a cute little pride of lions. Honestly, the stray cats might have been the best part of the stay. Everyone working there was very pleasant- I have only good things to say about the employees. It’s not their fault the hotel is a shameful wreck.

The hotel was GROSS. They have a lot of nerve taking guests when the rooms are so run-down. I intend to contact IHG about this hotel, because there is no reason why one of their properties should have torn shower curtains, ruined window coverings, and stained furniture. It looked like someone had been stomping on the ottoman in muddy boots, and they just rented out the room like it wasn’t a mess!
