Served its purpose

Low rate.

I was not prepared for the additional $100 deposit required. Between the surprise of it & the extra steps I had to take to accommodate providing cash vs using the card I used to reserve the room… We were late for the party we drove 5 hours to attend.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing about the hotel was nice. The staff was rude and couldn’t figure out how to help us.e and my fiancée waited for hours to try and figure out stuff the manager messed up.

The staff was absolutely horrendous. He was rude and didn’t know basic information about the hotel. I called earlier in the day to make sure it was 18+ check in, he told me it was and so I paid online. When I got there he told me it was 21+ check in. I was now 2 hours away from home with no where to stay because he gave me wrong information.

Employees are always nice and helpful. Rooms are good size. Love that doors to the rooms are private and outside, not a hallway.

Overall it was fine, just needed a place to sleep near an event I was to attend Saturday morning.

There was no breakfast.

When I arrived one of the locks on the door was loose, screws had pulled out of the door. When I told the manager, at first he blamed me because the lock had to be fine when housekeeping left that day. He stated that he wanted to come look at it and because it was late, I waited to go to bed for about a half an hour and he still was not there. He came after I had gone to bed to inspect. He told me to tell the person who was going to inspect in the morning about it but then no one inspected. I did tell the morning manager about it.

the male whom checked us in seemed like he was poorly trained. wouldn’t take the card that was being used for the deposit because I didn’t hand it to him. checking is was horrible then on the second day we went back to the room and couldn’t get in. they had changed the key code with out notice. -_-

Pleasant, quiet and clean. Would stay here again.

I like the location, the style of room, the cost and the staff.

Only thing I didn't like was that you couldn't open the windows.

I asked for a little later check out which I sometimes do and never have a problem with. They were very straight with saying no even though motel was not busy at all.

Room was great, bed comfy. Chinese and Denny's real close

Overbooked king rooms and tried to slide me into a queen with no compensation. This ticks me off every time anyone tries this. Not my fault you overbook on purpose. I want the room I reserved
