The breakfast could have been better. plenty of hot things but almost nothing cold to eat and almost nothing to drink with the breakfast.

Pool was not open when it was stated it would be. Which is why we booked this location in the first place. AC kept going out mainly in the middle of the night

Good location, clean, and like having a jacuzzi tub.
I advised them that I would arrive between 10-11 pm. Arrived at 10:30. Doors locked. Tried to reach someone by the phone provided. No answer. Tried calling the number for the hotel. No response. Tried repeatedly!! Finally saw a light come on at 11:15. Worker said the phone never rang. No apology or anything! Upon check out her 2 little dogs are running all around, barking and jumping on me. She looked like she just crawled out of bed. No shoes, hair uncombed. Very unprofessional. We've stayed here several times, but we won't be back.

I do not like anything
First off there was no lighting anywhere outside of the hotel rooms are deadbolt did not locked it was broken no ice anywhere and we found weed in the nightstand what's our uncomfortable we didn't even say the whole night we left it at 3:00 in the morning

The maintenance guys attitude was about the only thing that we liked.
False advertisement on breakfast and jacuzzi. There was little to no breakfast with stale cereal and soggy burritos. The last morning they actually had bagels. And Jimmy Dean biscuits but like I said the last day. The ice machine didn't work. The fact that we booked this place for 5 days expecting breakfast to be included and the excuse was the new owners are rearranging everything. May I say even the sign out front said deluxe breakfast.

The room was clean, and smelled pleasant. The heater worked.
The deluxe continental breakfast was misrepresented. the coffee pots were out of service. There was one carafe with like warm coffee, we were there when she opened the doors at 8:30 AM. It was my husband and I and only one other patron, I got the second cup of coffee out of the carafe and my cup had a pile of grounds in it. There were 3 kinds of cereal, a few bagels and boxes of milk and juice line from a school cafeteria. they had a few frozen items you could microwave, that was the extent of the deluxe continental breakfast.
I have also never stayed in a hotel that did not check your ID or ask for your car description and license plate number.
Check out was at 11, the housekeeper knocked on our door before 10, asking about cleaning the room. As far as I could tell there was only one other room being used in the hotel.

Love the jacuzzi tub!!
We had to check out a day early due to a family emergency back home. So we had to pay for a night we didn't get to stay.

Okay
Lack of room service, I didn’t need the room cleaned or beds made but having to put towels outside on a/c for pickup and when we come back towels were in a bag hanging on door knob. Excuse was COVID, that’s crap as no one wore masks , they need to join rest of country it’s over.

the rooms were cozy and the staff was very welcoming!
the pool and hot tub were closed for the season… the hot tub should be kept open year round.

I stayed here because the hotels I normally stay at in the area were booked, and I'm very glad I was able to discover this place. Ozark Valley Inn is a very clean, hospitable, cozy environment and I truly felt like I was at home. I loved the way the room was set up / decorated (we stayed in the King Spa Bath room) and the bed was soooo comfortable. Having worked housekeeping before, I know how difficult it can be to keep those spa tubs clean as well, but this one was spotless. There was also a very lovely card left for us in the room. Thank you to the staff for helping to make our stay a memorable one.

We were expecting something besides cereal.
Breakfast
4.0 / 5.0
we had a room with a spa and it was perfectly adequate for our needs. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the spa tub a few times as well.
Breakfast was too late for where what we needed (not until 8?) and then on a day when it opened at 7 am it was colder in the room than outdoors! We only ate breakfast there that one time.
