Enjoyable.

Our unit was very comfortable and well furnished / equipped.

We were surprised at how easily we could hear the people in the next room. They were quite loud in our unit, even though they were talking in a normal voice.

Upper management needs to be on top of communication with those who file a complaint.

We enjoyed how big the place was. We didn’t feel cramped and it was very relaxing. Check in was smooth as well as check out.the front desk people were very personable and pleasant to deal with.

Definitely did not like that there were multiple roaches seen in our place. A phone call was placed to the front desk and they were advised. They offered to have someone come and spray but due to us having children we declined because of that. The very next morning the coffee pot did not work properly so after taking the top off where you put in the water to just check that there were no clogs there was a roach inside of the coffee maker. Upon check out I let the front desk know of the phone call about these roaches and the one that was found in the coffee pot. She took all my info and assured me that someone would contact me. To this day we have not heard from the property at all. Had the coffee pot of filled and my wife would have drank this coffee it would have had roach droppings and who knows what else in her coffee that she would have drank. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that there was absolutely no follow up to this.

Was not on the main strip which made it a bit quieter but not so much when other guests came in and out.

Clean rooms and its kitchen and separate bedroom.

Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Could hear through the walls and anyone walking upstairs.

Great place to stay.

The room was clean. It was one of the more quiet places I have stayed and I appreciated how close it was to the all of the places we were going.

I would have liked more comfortable beds.

The furniture was very dated and some pieces were in poor repair.

Overall, we were pleased and would stay there again.

Our room was spacious. Perfect location from all attractions we visited; 1-5 miles on average. Room and property were clean and well kept; landscape well kept. Pool area was nice; towels were provided.

Living room furniture was outdated and somewhat uncomfortable. Game room in office building was too small for pool table and ping pong table.

It was a nice place with most attractions not too far of a drive away.

It was clean and they had onsite activities often. The kids enjoyed the dive in movie and trivia.

We had to drive to the indoor pool and it was closed several times due to chemicals being off.

Out of the multitude of options, this is our preferred place to stay in Branson.

Love the location. One-bedroom with full kitchen and laundry is very comfortable for the two of us for longer stays.

We stayed two weeks and had to ask for extra necessities such as toilet tissue. Their policy is not to clean rooms with extended stays until you leave, so we had to request and were reluctantly given clean towels for the second week. I expected better for the price we paid. Internet connections are sporadic in the rooms.

Fantastic value with great rooms and a lot to offer

Rooms are clean, beds were surprisingly comfortable, pools are fantastic, staff were exceptional!!! Five families traveling together and we all really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely fantastic we will be back!

We loved the apartment style rooms and the option to dine in if we wanted. The location is kind of off the beaten path which brings a cozy feeling to the experience. We absolutely loved it.

Our experience while there was overall a great one. We were very pleased with our room.

The location was great. Far enough from main strip, but yet close enough to attractions. Was a quiet resort. Our room was great..made you feel at home.

The only thing was that our vertical blinds going to the patio would not open so we could go through the sliding patio doors. Also, the water pressure in the shower was not the best. Took me forever to rinse the shampoo from my thick hair.

Awesome experience and pleasant time away from home. We enjoyed everything we encountered.

It was more spacious than I imagined and very tidy. Awesome place to visit will be back!

Our 2nd stay here! Staff always friendly and very accommodating! Rooms always clean and comfortable!

Jet bath wasn't clean upon arrival; had to have it cleaned; bathrooms need updating.

The property is comfortable, clean and has a lot of activities for kids of all ages. We have stayed here multiple times and each time is wonderful.

The chairs and couches are absolutely terrible. The cushions are flat as a pancake! They have needed to be replaced for several years!

first day was OK could’ve been better could’ve been worse

apartment was nice

couches were hard. We could feel the bed frame through the cushions. There was BM on the bathroom door and they had obviously not swept. Indoor pool way too far away. We didn’t even use it.

We enjoyed staying here and it was clean and comfortable.

Our room was clean and close to attractions.The bed was very comfortable.

The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors. The shower whined the whole time is was in use.
