Most of the staff was wonderful
I would come back here just for the customer service alone. Customer service is better than other hotels I've stayed at (and I've been to my fair share)
I also loved the big size of the room (superior king size non smoking), and the price was affordable. Especially if you do the weekly rate.
There is alot of shady characters staying at this hotel. More so than other hotels I've been to.. however, this is not the hotel's fault. As long as you keep to yourself though, it's fine.

I'm gonna be honest the only thing I like about this place is that the price tag it's cheaper than most places And it's cleaner than the other ones in this price range that's the only good thing about this place otherwise you have to watch what room you get placed in because people live there so there are some rooms that stink horribly and bleed into the other surrounding rooms not to mention that all these rooms are severely dated everything that's in this place you can tell it's old you can tell that this is a run down hood motel and like I just got done saying they rent it monthly So you know what you're getting into when you come to a place like this
I don't like the fact that everything is severely dated I don't like the fact that everything still really went down looking and it looks like something out of the hood the people that rent it monthly are people straight out of the hood most of the time druggies and drug users The only thing I like about this property is your price tag

they were close, pet friendly and had vacancies for NYE.
Nothing against red roof personally, but being next to the cemetery was unsettling, and someone decided to light ba-bomb fireworks at midnight which made my dog nervous, but I came out there to avoid the gunshots for hours in the city, so the 30 minutes of fireworks was not that bad

Clean rooms and connivant location
Beds are older and need to be updated ,over use of road salt on stairs not ideal for pets and shoes

See my answer to what I didn't like - The problem was remedied as soon as they were made aware of it (the first wake-up morning). I even left a sandwich in the fridge but when I called, the lady who was cleaning was able to retrieve it and put in my new room. Which, by the way, was right next door. The gentlemen at reception called me by name. That is a nice touch.
The day I arrived (10/20), it was cold and the heater didn't work. I had to sleep in my sweatshirt so my upperbody and arms would not be cold.
