This is a plus and a minus.. I didn't know I was booked for a second floor room. Arriving at the hotel I found out there is NO ELEVATOR! I have a handicap that makes it very difficult to climb stairs. One of the employees carried my luggage to my room. I was very happy about that.
No elevator. Breakfast left a lot to desire. The whole hotel needs updating. The price I had to pay was extremely high for the condition and accommodations of this hotel. I stayed 2 nights. Nearly $500 for a 2 night stay in a hotel like this is,, like I said,, extreme. I only stayed because it was the weekend and the rest of the rooms in town were gone.

Location was great . Short trip to many restaurants and bars, ice cream shops. The pool was fantastic we swam everyday. The water was clean and easy access. There was a nice park on the grounds where we could sit , barbeque and play . I recommend it. The rooms very comfortable.
I have no complaints.

The pool was great. The kids had a great time. The bed was perfectly comfortable for a night's stay.
The place was a little dated but not bad for the area.

pool and hot tub. I liked that I saw they are making a lot of improvements
last night stay we can back and my wife and another guest slipped and fell on the back sidewalk. could not find anyone at front desk to let them know. I went out and salted the back sidewalk myself to prevent anyone else from falling

It was a nice room.
There was a power outage and we were never offered a flash light or a discount for the inconvenience of not having use of amenities.

Super comfortable beds. Quiet and convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free continental breakfast in sunny welcoming room. Nice pool and hot tub. Small "store" for snacks, necessities and toys was unexpected perk. Definitely recommend this hotel.

No very good price for what was offered, we stayed in St Ignace the other night paid $40 less for bigger room with view on the Mackinaw Bridge
Not very clean, stains on the carpet, room looked old, every piece of furniture was different.
