I will come back again. I like it

The staff at the restaurant is very customer service oriented. I had an excellent time at the bar, the bartender was great.

Some part of the hotel was under construction. The person at the front desk wasn't helpful.

Disappointed

The ocean view

The resort was under construction. We were informed by email the day before. Bar and restaurant were closed. No room service. The service and breakfast was cold and terrible. No cutlery was given on time or even syrup, salt and pepper, etc. The room was not so clean. The sliding door was difficult to open. It was not a pleasant stay for us. My partner came from Illinois for his birthday and it was sad what we experienced. We were hoping for a beautiful and romantic experience. I would like some type of reimbursement. Other couples that were at breakfast also was complaining. The waitress was terrible. Couples checking in were also disappointed. Thank you

Nice place, will be worth every penny once their current renovations are complete.

The property was really nice and the location perfect and convenient. Hotel staff was friendly and quick to respond with questions and concerns.

Our only issue with the hotel was it seemed dirty everywhere. The bathroom and pool were dingy. The balcony of our room was covered in ants and the furniture was gross. A little paint could help a lot.

Disappointing, uncomfortable and way over priced.

No restaurant, food or bar. AC was broken. Really old property, dirty dusty and not tidy. Pool is in the parking lot. Really expensive for the type of property.

Very uncomfortable being woken up and taking cold showers all weekend.

My hotel room never had hot water the whole weekend. And they are doing renovations so they was demoin rooms above me at 7:00 in the morning.

Could have been better but could have been worse

The location is beautiful and the staff was very nice and personable.

It definitely could have been cleaner. Our shower wasn’t clean. We had holes in our sheets. Our keurig didn’t work our whole stay. We told the front twice. They kept saying they’d send someone to bring a new one. We then had to pay for coffee since ours didn’t work.

Great location, wonderful staff...hotel needs some TLC.

The location is amazing, the hotel could be so much more... the staff is very friendly.

The hotel needs a freshening up, the bathrooms are rusty, a bit mildewed, foul smell in the shower, paint chipped and furniture( chairs etc) are dirty. The hotel has so much potential as the location is amazing. The staff friendly but definitely understaffed. The pool had no amenity but has the facility for it, the towels on the beach need to be replaced. Again, Great location...staff on point but the hotel could definitely benefit from a renovation.

The decor is somewhat dated. The bar is small. Could not get poolside service on Thursday or Friday morning.

Everything else but the room.

The room the sink faucet broke by it self. The was a big bug running in the bathroom . And there was noises outside the room. I guess I was next to a closet that workers go into.

Overall lacking for premium pricing.

Liked availability during Hurricane Ian.

Rooms valued form over function. Trying to be so trendy at the cost of comfort. Multiple barn doors always in the way. Refrigerator light lit entire frig, never went off, lit room all night. Espresso only coffee pot, had 2, neither worked. Bathroom faucet extended to the middle of the sink rendering it almost unusable. During hurricane evacuation we were asked to pay for coffee. In room pots useless. Hot humid hallways. Every guest we talked to was complaining and frustrated.

Nice Hotel

The pool was very clean and warm. The size of the room was bigger than the other hotel rooms where we were before. Close to everything.

The restaurant in the hotel didn't offer a lot and it was quite expensive for what it had. Poor menu.

Could do better

Even though the lunch item was on menu, they didn't haven't in stock. I had to order something else, but that was pretty good.

The furniture was pretty dilapidated. The mattress was sunked in and the chairs was stained. The hallway could use some natural light. The hallway was too dark. The place needs renovating. Oh I almost forgot. I paid for partial ocean and they put me in garden view. Let's say they moved me when I noticed it. In the second room, the a/c is broken and the refrigerator was defrosting.

food and drinks too expensive, food menu too little, bed really uncomfortable, bathroom appliances all rusty, did not like it at all! next day we changed hotel!
