Great having the mall right there at the hotel
That I had to wait over an hour for towels. Only two sets of towels were provided for a room with three people. The lady at the front desk was very kind but she lead me to believe that towels would be at my room within minutes which never happened. I waited so long that I decided to go to the desk to see what the hold up was and found her at the desk alone with the phone ringing off the hook. She told me that there was a shortage of towels. Then another front desk worker walked up and she wasn’t at all nice and she made me feel like I will get the towels when I get them. I said I will wait there at the front desk until I get the towels because I feel that if I leave and go back to my room that I will never get the towels and I was very upset and tired of waiting on something I should have already been in my room. I was already upset that I had to wait until after 4:30 to get checked into my room due to the front desk being so understaffed. I feel I should be offered a refund of some sort for all the inconvenience I endured during my stay. Oh and not to mention that I couldn’t even leave the parking garage without a problem. The front desk guy told me to destroy my parking garage receipt because I would not need it but failed to tell me how to exit the garage without it. I called the provided number for assistance but because of short staff no one answered the phone the rang off the hook.

There were some staff that was outstanding. Dave from maintenance went above & beyond helping me put a wagon together. The valet staff was amazing
I fell on escalator the first day. I was there with only my grandson. No one offered to accompany me to hospital and I had to Uber back. I was assisted by visitors at the hotel instead of any staff right after falling.

The beauty of our experience here was absolutely magnificent. The exceptional customer service we received undoubtedly made us feel incredibly valued. The luxurious rooms added to the charm of our stay, and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The serene atmosphere made it so wonderfully relaxing.

Our room was clean and neat. By far, the most friendly hotel staff I've ever encountered. Especially, the valet/bellhop staff.
Our shower doors were broken. Limited coffee availability on Sunday morning.

My room was on the 15th floor and all day and night I could hear some type of machinery going off. It sounded like a generator or something similar.

I liked the spacious stand up shower and the water pressure was nice… The room wasn’t too bad
Instead of a microwave ny room had a safe and that’s all fine and dandy, but i’d prefer a microwave

room phone did not made trip down for a cup that they were to send up for morning coffee at 745 am checked out at 915 and never got cup so no morning coffee down hill from there

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is good, just a little weird to get around if you do not want to eat Mall Food or Dave and Busters.
The bar is very overpriced. The bartender was very friendly and the wait staff very nice however.

Our room was very clean as always. And the view wasn't bad at all. We booked a 2 queen room for myself, my husband and our 2 kids (ages 4, and 10).
Everything was absolutely amazing.

Bed was comfortable.
Room not ready at check in time. Took until 8:45 pm to get my room. They didn't even contact me via text to give me updates. I had to keep checking the front desk. Very frustrating!
Key cards did not work at parking deck gate. Help button had technical error. I could not get out of parking deck. Called front desk and was told someone would be there right away. After 20 minutes I called again because no one showed up. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up. It dawned on me there was a second gate so I went there and pressed the help button and was able to get out.
ATM machine was not working---network error.

I don't think it's right to charge staying guest $19 a night for parking in the garage when the front is full

for the price that I paid for the room, it was nowhere near that value. There were no amenities in the room. I was very disappointed.
