It was terrible

I didn’t enjoy this stay whatsoever. Very dirty place. Bugs coming out of towels in the bathroom.

Everything could have been better. Needs to be cleaned and updated.

AC would not shut off. Kept the room at 66 degrees. Had to switch to another room. I had to ask vs them doing it.

I was not pleased with my stay.

Easy Location

Cleanliest - bath tub was dirty, the room was dusty, water was sitting in the window- it was leaking, stains on was on the comforter. Oh , the bed Mattresses was rough. The clerk ask for an accidental deposit that was not asked when I book online. I was told I will get back after I check out that I have not received yet.

The customer service friendly awesome The staff was amazing they were helpful they were kind always smiling always greeting you, property was clean it was amazing I actually enjoyed my stay there it was brilliant I appreciate everything they're kindness and everything Yes.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed it squeak a lot, And the breakfast no they need to do better.

The tub was dirty , couldn’t use it and the room it self wasn’t clean , and the sheets were stained …. The bed was very uncomfortable and their was a group outside til late being really loud ..

Room and bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. There were not enough clean towels in the room. The bed had a dirty throw laying across the foot of the bed.

Avoid if possible.

It looked decent from the outside.

The room was so bad that we did not complete our stay. There was a faulty fridge that had sheets stuffed in it when we arrived and then we went to our event to come back to the sheets being removed (they entered our room without notifying us) and a huge puddle of water in the floor. The guy at the desk asked my friend if he needed to mop it up (uh yeah) and this puddle kept reappearing until we decided to just drive our three hours back at midnight. I am handicapped and the water is already a hazard but for me, even more so. I will say the guy was trying to help. He advised me to call the next day and ask for my money back and when I did that’s when all hell started. Long story short, we were exhausted having to drive six hours in one day as well as attend our event but we made it home and eventually I was refunded although the journey getting there was ridiculous. Aside from all that, the room was really dated and everything (sink, handicapped bench, fridge) was falling apart and looked like it was about to fall off the wall. The bed felt like a blow up mattress. It is just a no all the way around.

Convient and comfortable bed.

I loved the people that greeted us at the front desk each time afternoon evening and the next morning very friendly and helpful The bed was comfortable, and the window seat was enjoyed by my friend.

I would have chosen better quality of pillow as the ones we had in our room were very flat we asked and received and extra one but could have used 2 or 3 more with what was being offered. Alos there were brown splatters on the wall across from the toilet and red splatters on the wall under the AC/Heat control in the bedroom.

I only liked the location and we chose it because it was the only hotel with availability near the soccer field.

The room was full of dust, the bathroom tub was very dirty with yellow stains, the towels did not look white and the pillows smelled bad, plus the microwave was dirty inside. The very sad breakfast almost a mockery for the guests.

It was a great experience until the fire alarm woke me up and startled me! Someone burnt something in the microwave during breakfast! Other than that I would stay again!

next time give me an extra pillow.

the property was in a great spot, around Hwy 150 and close to literally everything so that was a plus and one of the reasons, if not the main reason, why i chose this hotel.

it was like pulling teeth just to get an extra PILLOW!!!! i asked every night i was there and i was told they were out, i was told “okay, i’ll go get it” and NEVER returned with one. The pillows are paper thin so i don’t see why it was an issue getting another pillow. Especially since there was my car and ONLY 5 OTHER CARS in the parking lot, it was NOT a full hotel by any means, not even half full. It was a hassle trying to get extra towels. Room service was a hassle and they blamed it on me leaving the DND sign on the door and so i started taking it with me so they couldn’t use that excuse anymore. The breakfast was complete trash and rubber, we left and just ate elsewhere after the first attempt at eating it. You go down to the lobby to grab something like ice or a fork and you were stared at for doing so.

Didn’t partake. No coffee creamer. Not much offered.

Damage deposit? Should have been a clue as to what to expect. Vents of air conditioner were filthy. Shower head was crusty.
