A little truck noise from due to location near I-77....But I would stay again when going to ARH Hosp

The Fact that the check INN Lady had a spare wheelchair on hand for my wife,as our had broke.

Handicapped rooms needs to have two single BEDS instead of 1,as most handicapped individuals cannot sleep together,due to there Medical problems!

It was my mistake but from now on I will always request a room away from the elevator as we could hear the mechanism running constantly.

Close to interstate, overpriced.

Right off the interstate.

Breakfast was subpar. We usually eat anything but passed on the breakfast here. It was a busy weekend but they could have cleaned better. Front desk/manager was not the friendliest.

In spite of the reason for the stay, the hotel was great

I traveled from out of state for a funeral and they adjusted my rate.

Only stayed 1night. Would have been more disappointed if stayed longer.

I like Hampton in. Chain and am generally satisfied with my stay.

Facility was under construction, construction workers were eating breakfast with guests each morning. Breakfast choices minimal compared to other Hampton inns. Pool not available but could use pool up the street st at another facility.

Our stay was up to the high standards expected for a Hampton Inn.

Very comfortable beds, great water pressure in shower, quality personal care products, nice pool. Breakfast included.

Nothing- except for a late night noisy guest in the hallway (not the fault of the hotel; could happen anywhere.) Also- could possibly update room carpet.

There was a broken shade remote control so I couldn’t raise my blinds. I was given a handicap room. there was no maintenance staff on the weekends. i far stained pillow cases and stains and scuff marks on the walls.

I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were very nice.

Nothing! The room was small and old. The hotel was dirty. Breakfast was not good. The coffee was horrible. There was no hot water at 7:30 AM.

Stinkbugs in room

Location was great

Room smelled of paint from outside, 1 of the 2 elevators were broken and was placed on the 5th floor with my elderly mother, who's room was infested with stinkbugs along my room

no hot water. Staff said it was because of a big group (bus) being there and everyone must have showered around the same time.
