Great Hotel Stay

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Room was clean. Good breakfasts. We had a very nice stay.

Won't return.

Front desk ladies were pleasant

Bed was horrible. Old mattress, which was hard. 1st floor room felt like it was in the basement because hotel was built into a hillside.

Hotel was very nice but the a/c didn’t work correctly in the room-not letting us sleep at all

The a/c in our room never got our room up to temperature and therefore ran all night, not allowing us to sleep.

The staff we great, both professional and personal. Breakfast was good it would have been nice to see some walnuts. No other thing come to mind when staying here, will definitely stay again

breakfast was very good, breakfast room very clean, staff very friendly, we stay here as it is close to a restaurant (Outlback) withing walking distance, and, we showed our Room key and received 10% discount at restaurant.

Clean hotel, for a one night stay

Clean and comfortable. Good place to rest for the night as you pass through.

While checking in the person handed me my room keys and stated my room number out loud. This was uncomfortable as I was traveling alone. The difference in prices for the same types of rooms. Near checkin since small lobby. As people checked in I could hear what each person was being asked or suggested. I wasn’t offered to become a member for a discount or other questions that might reduce the cost.

Dog friendly Almond milk at breakfast

Misrepresentation of room online. I booked a queen suite, with two queen beds and a living room with a pullout sofa bed. NO sofa bed! Not queens. Tiny doubles or singles. Too high off the ground! Difficult to get onto. Mini-fridge was plugged in and set at 3. I assumed that it was working. Put in our $110 vegan chinese food, and in the morning, it was almost it! Not cool at all! Had to throw it all in the trash! Very upsetting. I got six bug bites while sleeping that night! Not sure by what type of bug! Shower/tub VERY slippery!!! We all had troubles trying to shower without slipping and falling!

Exceptionally clean. Good breakfast.

A water bucket with holes in the bottom being held over your head would probably have better water pressure than the shower in this room. If you like a steamy hot shower, this one falls way short. The heater/air conditioner in the room makes a few louder clicking noises when it was going through its cycle but was heating the room.

Wouldn’t go back

The buffet was better than expected.

There was a horrible smell on our floor. It smelled like a septic tank. The room and hallway felt like a dungeon - and we were on the fourth floor.

Breakfast was excellent. Desk clerk Denise was patient at our botched reservation and more than helpful

There was not a record of our reservation by Booking.com. Denise found it registered under the wrong first name. We arrived in the evening and it was unfortunate not to have a room waiting.

Will Stay Here Again

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. The water temperature was great in the bathroom and the breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from. I loved the way the curtains in the windows pulled down for privacy. The sitting area in the room was an extra bonus we enjoyed. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious. 🙂

The closest had no bar to hang the clothes on. It had been removed.
