I won’t be returning.

I liked how clean it was.

I got locked out of my room and was basically looked at like it was my fault but the door was dead. I was afford a free complementary tooth brush but then when I went down to get one I was charged 5$. The elevators where past there inspection date as well Which was extremely uncomfortable!

Satisfactory: comfortable, nice family vibe . . .

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fine except the food ran out by 9:00 the second day. The pool was great, not the beach. There was a pleasant family vibe at the hotel.

Disappointing

The location is excellent. Our room was ready 30 min prior to check in time. They provided extra linens and towels ahead of request based on the number of people staying in our room.

As a hilton honors member, this hotel is very disappointing and outdated. The pool was dirty and closed. The afternoon staff at front desk were helpful but unfriendly. It was like pulling teeth getting any information out of them. They did not greet us or give us any information regarding the amenities. They also said they could not switch our room because we used booking.com even though we have never had that issue at any other location. The elevators were slow and noisy which was concerning considering recent reviews mentioned they were out of order just days before our stay. Our room was musty and humid, and although it is almost expected in a beach hotel, there were no dehumidifiers and the smell did not dissipate with the AC unit on. There was also mold/midlew on the nightstands. The wifi was awful. Our TV picture was discolored. This hotel needs major upgrading and attention and it is not anywhere near the standard for the price per night. I've stayed at Hamptonn Inns all over the country and this was not a good one. It is really unfortunate because we were truly looking forward to this stay.

Great value stay for families

The hotel was close to the beach, but with no beach views. We came with two children, a 7 year old and a baby. The hotel was very family friendly. My daughter loved the beach, but my son preferred the pool. We were there for July 4th. We didn't go see the fireworks, but many families did and said you could see them from the beach access. We stayed at the pool while everyone else watched the fireworks. the pool area was fantastic. The beach was not too crowded at all. I was thankful it was away from the main area of hotels on Jekyll Island. That set this hotel apart.

As with most hotels, the ceilings and walls were thin. We were woken up every night at 12:30 by the people above us returning, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. I am sure my baby waking at 3 am every night probably woke someone else up too. That is how hotel stays are.

Stay was a good one and we had a great time.

Room was close to main area which made it easy to get to everything.

Location of room, while convenient, was on bottom floor in heavily traveled area giving us no balcony privacy. Ice machines on bottom floor never worked while we were there.

Tolles Hotel in Strandnähe mit eigenem Zugang

Tolle Lage mit Strandzugang, schöne Zimmer, freies Parken, Pool, kommen gerne wieder

Personal zu Beginn kurz angebunden, mühsames Einchecken, Schwierigkeiten mit Schlüsselkarte, dann aber Wechsel auf sehr kompetente Mitarbeiterin, hat sofort Hausmeister geholt, wurde dann schnell geregelt, danke nochmal!

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was OUTSTANDING and very helpful!

Breakfast was excellent, plenty to eat! A good variety of food, juice, coffee. There were even omelets served one morning!!

The facility overall was nice but it is starting to show it's age. There are areas, doorways and hallways that need to be painted. Some of the chairs in the lobby and breakfast area are worn and need to be replaced. The pool is heavily used and needs to be vaccummed more because it has sand in the bottom by guests coming from the beach.

Property description/phots were deceptive, hotel is not on the beach. Only access is a long board walk with 2 steep,

Clean with comfy beds, but horrible breakfast bar. Bacon was very greasy, eggs were from a box, fruit was spoiled, and baked goods were stale.

Pool was closed due to a scheduled repair 2 of the 4 days of my visit.

Fahrradverleih des Hotels sehr teuer mit 25€ am Tag für sehr einfache Räder Lage etwas außerhalb, Restaurants etc nur mit Auto bzw. Shuttle zu erreichen

Nice hotel - right on beach

Great hospitality. Nice breakfast. Green boardwalk to connect beach Fire pit with music is really nice to enjoy in night.

1.Before joining the pool the showers for cleaning feet and body are broken. 2. Rooms are dark. There must be more lights.

The staff that was working when we checked in and another daytime front desk worker went above.

The breakfast that was served was very good, better than expected.

I had a really hard time getting the top 2 drawers on the dresses open and closed and the bottom drawer wouldn't open at all. The refrigerator was very small and didn't even have a freezer section. I was surprised to see carpet in the room. It was a long walk to the beach, you couldn't even see it from the 4th floor.

Do not recommend this hotel.

The property was located very close to the beach. Shuttle was a wonderful amenity. Staff was very friendly specially one of the shuttle drivers. I should have ask for his name. He was extremely nice. A wide variety of breakfast items.

The property itself needs a big renovation! Everything looks old and the carpet smells. Our room was dirty, I could tell our room in specific hasn’t gotten cleaned in a while, given the amount of dust I saw, but again most of the property doesn’t look well kept. Pools were dirty too. Broken furniture around the place. We stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping didn’t enter our room after the first night, I’m not sure if that’s the way it supposed to be. Breakfast area has some very old appliances too. Definitely needs an upgrade. Even though staff was very friendly I will not be back to this hotel. I didn’t think it was clean enough. I would not recommend either.

The pool was dirty, they ran out of coffee and food at breakfast, and they didn’t have enough staff to bring up the bedding g for the pull out couch (which should have already been in the room).

Clean & Friendly, but NOT very Comfortable

Clean facility, friendly staff, decent location in relation to the beach.

The bed was so hard, most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in! Stayed on the second floor and it was very hot in the hallway. The shower head was mounted extremely high and there was hardly any water pressure.

The room they put us in would be good for storage room because of the noise!

Breakfast was good.

We were given a room on first floor right next to stairs and backdoor entrance. We didn't get any rest for the sounds of stumping going up and down stairs and the opening of the backdoor by hotel guests. Several times it sounded like someone was at our door. Very Disappointed with our Stay!
