The valet attendant and front desk service were great. The location was perfect for our needs, close to I-40.
The rooms were not up to par. I was surprised the beds were uncomfortable, the shower and sink were not cleaned well, and the fitted sheet had stains. There was also hair and mold in the shower. One of the amenities stated was "room service," but there was no room service. I would not stay again or recommend it.

It was in a safe area the lobby was beautiful the staff was very friendly the bell guy was also
No breakfast and I hate that I had to pay to park as nice as the hotel was I won't stay there again for that reason and my bed spread had make up stains on them not good

The room was clean but not exceptional. Dinner was good and the waiter was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast buffet was okay. The valet parking was done well.
The overall decor of the hotel does not live up to what is expected at a Sheraton or Marriott hotel. The room was noisy, as if there was a mechanical unit directly above it.

Lovely food very good breakfast Friendly staff and very helpful. And perfect location for the convention centre
Could do with some updating and seems to be alot of homeless people around the hotel which doesn’t give off a good look

It was exceptional, clean, great location and friendly staff. I would definitely stay again.
I was quoted $189 and actually charged $262. I have yet to receive a copy of my invoice, which was supposed to be emailed to me. I would like an explanation as to the over charges, but without my actual bill I can't even begin to see. My email is [email protected], I'm sure you have it. Please send me a copy a explain the difference. Thank you

The hotel's exterior looked nice and was close to the trolley station. The main lobby's elevator had great views.
The air conditioner in my hotel room wasn't working properly. It was extremely hot. I resorted to cracking the door open to allow air to flow through the room. I only booked the room for one night. I came back to the room late. I decided to tough it out and wait until the morning. I checked out extremely early because I couldn't take the heat anymore. Also, I was hoping that the bathroom would have been more updated. In addition, it was painful to see so many homeless people in the area. :(

Parking was very costly.
Staff didnt answer questions regarding parking and the hotel was listed to have Riverview but did not.

It was close to the pyramid and easy to get in and out. The valet service was pretty good.
The room was a handicap accessible room but the bed was so high it was nearly impossible to get in. The shower had no seat available. There was a loud party in the room next door that lasted until 3 am. Even with security coming up.
Our second rooms a/c was not working so the room was in the high 80’s and had ants that got in our pizza while we were trying to eat.

A little expensive.

The room was unclean. There was blood on the sheets and mattress. The staff were not friendly or helpful when we raised this.

The staff was wonderful . They answered overtime i called even when i had a technical problem when ordering a movie they corrected the issue.
I honestly don't have any problems with my stay at the Sheraton and I will be visiting that location if i need to stay at a hotel downtown.

Taking the trolley to Beale Street
The first room had the worst musty odor. We asked to move rooms. The second room's air did not work. Someone came to fix it but in the middle of the night it was 78 degrees.

Very clean, friendly staff
Very dated and in desperate need of renovation and upgrades. Expensive for what it is.

The location was great, the valet was probably the best service overall. they were fast even though the hotel was full from accommodating a church for their event.
The front desk seemed to be confused on their policies. I arrived on a Sunday and initially told the lady I was paying with cash and was going to put my card on file for the rest. she said that would be fine, but her system wasn't working and that I needed to put my card on file and would pay at checkout. I did what I was told and checked in. I had the KING CORNER SUITE. the room was outdated, there was mold on the dressers and side of the couch and even spotted a Roach! for nearly $700 you would think the hotel would be better. Upon checkout the lady at the desk Tuesday morning told me it was a no cash policy. WHICH WOULD BE FINE but that's not what I was told so I was going to have to leave and come back and be late for work. I asked could I deposit the money into my account and then at checkout call and tell them they can process. she told me no. she told me my card was "not" on file regardless of the proof I showed. as I walked off, she told her coworker that "I just got here idk why she keeps coming up here. I don't know nothing" I left work to handle everything, and I noticed they already took my money. I was 5 minutes away from an already 40-minute drive. I called to confirm payment and got the same woman. she did confirm everything was paid for and I asked her how, when she initially told me my card wasn't on file. she pretended that the phone was breaking up and hung up the call.

Rooms were ok.
Hotels are in the service industry....someone forgot to tell the staff at this hotel. We arrive in around 10:30pm. Get into our room. The only information we get about the hotel is on a poorly photocopied sheet.
The Bar/Lounge says open from 11am to 12am. I ring for room service to get a beer and cocktail to be sent up. I'm told that room service is over. I ask where can I get a beer? I'm told to come down to the bar. I go down to the bar -time is 11:45pm - told no service bar is closed. Not happy as I'm told to come down and I do and then get no drinks. Staff simply repeat closed and do nothing around customer service.
I spoke to the Reception Staff who had come over to the bar and she did nothing to help - turned her back on me and walked away.
I come back upstairs to try and find out more about the mistake I've made in booking this hotel to find the pool is closed. A pool was one of my criteria for choosing a hotel.
Not impressed.
I even messaged them the day of arrival to let them know we would be coming in late and got no reply.
I booked this hotel in January and paid in advance.
We like staying at the Sheraton Tribeca New York and are always treated well.
Memphis Downtown is a poor reflection on the Sheraton brand.
To top off - the next morning - we call room service to get breakfast delivered to enjoy breakfast in bed to be told that room service was not available today…... a Saturday morning.
So we get up to go and find a nice breakfast to find mould growing on the tiles in the bathroom- see pictures.
It just does not improve.

location was pretty good overall. decent view of the river, close to beale st. without the chaos of being ON beale itself. staff was attentive and helpful. linens were good. enormous TV. well appointed room
mattress was mediocre at best. pillows left a lot to be desired. a/c didn't work. one of the 2 phones in the room also broken. parking was a mess, valet fills up and you're left to your own devices. parked in the underground ramp ourselves and had to come across from convention center (until that was locked off) then had to walk down the drive ramp into the garage.
