Le cadre, les équipements, l'accueil
Surpris de n'avoir une fenêtre que dans le sas et la salle de bain mais pas dans la chambre. Mais ça ne nous a pas posé de problèmes !

The hotel was in a great location, handy for all attractions - both trolley stops were pretty much outside - but out of the way enough to be quiet.
Suite was incredibly spacious.
Rooftop bar views were stunning - especially at sunset!
Some of the staff really let the hotel down. I know it was off season, but some were downright rude. Don't remember any names, but the bald guy with the beard upstairs in the bar was absolutely shocking - his attitude was appalling. I later found out he was the Bar Manager!!! Unbelievable...........
Whilst the young African American lady in the bar was so pleasant and professional - when making cocktails her attention to detail was phenomenal, she was just lovely and so pleasant and attentive to the guests!
When I arrived to check in, the Receptionist completely ignored me - for about 5 minutes. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. I was actually amused - I honestly couldn't believe a person could stand in front of the desk with a massive suitcase and be COMPLETELY ignored!!! She didn't even look at me - never mind smile! I later found out she was the Reception Supervisor. Again, unbelievable....................
The rooftop bar was lovely, the views were amazing! However, when it rained, no attempt was made to take in the cushions - so when it stopped, they were still sodden! It also always smelt of old frying oil. Not a pleasant experience.
I had issues with my room - a broken light and a broken socket - reported them both on my first night. They were both still broken when I checked out.
Cleanliness of the room wasn't great. The windows weren't clean. There were spills on the skirting boards and the carpets were actually pretty disgusting. First time ever in a hotel that I wore flip flops the whole time I was there.
The net curtains were ripped and stained.
There was a fridge - but it wasn't particularly cold - didn't keep my meds at the temperature I needed. Which was the only reason I'd booked a suite with a fridge.
Only one lift worked the whole of my 8 day stay - and one morning that wasn't working either, so I had to walk down 15 floors and so missed my Uber.

Staff was exceptional!!! Hotel is in a great location, very close to trolley that gets you to good food, shops and Beale Street. Parking not on site, but paid parking easily accessible across the street. Nice variety of food for breakfast. Sunset was beautiful from rooftop bar.
Breakfast was not great... some of the "hot" food was barely warm. Facility needed a little refresh. Rooftop bar had limited options (no wine) and was VERY expensive.

Our room was large . Comfortable bed. Nice to have 2 seats in the room to watch TV. Good linen & towels.
Large clean bathroom.
Breakfast did not have a lot of choice.
Can recommend Bardog just a short walk from hotel. Old style bar & serves meals.
Asked for clean towels twice in one day. They did not appear. Apparently all the towels in the wash.

All 4 of us couldn't connect with the wifi.

The front staff were very patient and accommodating by quickly arranging transportation to the River boats. Beds were super comfortable, and the rooms spacious.
Didn’t much care for the parking situation but under stood it was down town.

Location downtown. The desk clerks were as helpful as they could be. They tried to accommodate us but were not able to because of whoever responsible for housekeeping.
There were not enough towels in the room. Very slow to clean room. Once room finally clean, know towels or tissue paper left in room. Stays was supposed to be for four nights five days; but we were so unhappy with our stay we decided to cancel after two nights and go somewhere else. On our last day there we waited for additional towels and tissue up until 8:30 pm. I was very disappointed in my visit here.

Friendly, quick, and effortless check-in. Extremely clean hotel and room.Comfortable bed.
Safe and secure parking around the corner.Close to The Beale Street Experience.Reasonably safe area around the Hotel. The free lemonade and coffee in the lobby are a nice touch.
Overall -Kudos to staff and management.
Pillows-5 large, hard pillows of the same density ,is not very sleep comfortably-easily solved by a rolled up bath towel.

The staff was very nice & accommodating.
This hotel was NOT up to par. The online images are very deceiving. When we arrived to our room, not only was the carpet in the hallway old & stained but so was the carpet in the room. This is the most pitiful “renovation” I’ve ever seen. The sheets were stained yellow. The tub was filthy and the room was just old & dark. The lobby is new & cute but I’m not sleeping in the lobby. Old dirty room with new ikea furniture.

Lovely room, very clean.
Nice rooftop bar with views.
Staff were quite rude especially in the bar.
Shower was stuck at one temperature which was unbearably hot.

Room was spacious for us and very clean. Location was perfect for what we needed. Rooftop bar was very cool. Staff was awesome and very friendly/helpful!
Breakfast options were not good so we opted to go somewhere else. (White bread slice and boxed gravy 😬) Coffee bar looked promising but didn’t turn out that way. Expected a little more for the overall price of the room. $300+ should expect more of themselves as a hotel.

Great location!! Nice staff!
The website needs to be updated!! No restaurant and the rooftop was closed due to maintenance- that was the main two reasons for booking with Hu Hotel! I will not be back!! Considering the price, without those things it’s way over priced!!

the only thing that was good about this hotel is the location!! it’s close to Beale Street!
I didn’t like the room at all! first they gave us a small room , it was so small we could barely walk around the bed! and we paid for a king suite! then they gave us another room and the furniture was like it was from 1950 no microwave we asked for towel for two days and also ice ! when they finally brought the ice it had trash and debris in it 🤮!!! it’s no diner like they advertised every guest has to pay $10 for breakfast! it was so unorganized and nasty 🤮!!!! I’ll never stay at this hotel or any of its affiliates again!!!!

I liked the price for the room and the ease of check in. The staff was attentive and helpful.
No food service other than breakfast was disappointing. The rooftop bar view and vibe was a bit underwhelming.

The staff was nice, the bed was comfortable.
As much as I paid for the room there wasn’t a microwave nowhere in the building! We had to go out to buy more food instead reheating the food we had from earlier. Also I thought the tub was supposed to have jets in it, but in didn’t!
