Exceptional

handi cap accessible bathroom outstanding! Front desk help extremely kind and friendly. love the in room refrigerator, coffee pot and ready to use coffee, great for a longer stay ! free shuttle to the airport to the White Plains airport! just a great little find!

Over all a horrible experience .

For the money I spent on the hotel you think they would give you a complimentary breakfast but they didn't . Location to highway was close .

The hotel was under construction and they put us in a room in the very back of the hotel that was gonna be remodeled in less than a week . The toilet leaked , the room was damp , the entry door was literally about to fall off the hinges. The common area where the pool was supposed to be (the pool was empty and was partially filled with gravel and dirt) has a clear dome over it that poured with water when it rained . Over all a horrible experience.

For the price charged, most things that were include at similar hotels at similar prices were extra.

Breakfast was not included, so I went elsewhere

Internet was not included, premium TV was not included, the sidewalks and parking lots were full of goose droppings.

overall, a decent enough place to stay but could use a sprucing up and a few more amenities for the price.

The hotel was conveniently located and quiet, even though it was close to highways.

Aside from the pool being closed (likely due to Covid), the hotel felt like it was in need of renovation. The room was dark and furnishings seemed a bit worn, although everything was clean. We had an “inner” room that overlooked the pool. Perhaps our experience would have been more positive had our room had a window with natural light. There were three bath towels - I would have liked four, and for the price of this room I would have appreciated a real glass in the bathroom instead of a styrofoam cup. The ice machines were out of ice throughout the building. I recall in the past they provided coffee in the lobby but that is no longer available.

location was convenient to my daughters college

seems there are some repairs happening and still under COVID restrictions for some of the amenities.
