Trouble getting checked in….questioned whether room had been paid for b/c paid online. Same thing happened at checkout. Killed spider in room. AC was not working in first room. (Did change rooms)

Elevators were inoperative off and on during my stay. A/C in the room was either super cold or warm for entire stay.v

Very clean place to stay with available breakfast for purchase

I like the bottles in the shower...so convenient to have everything hanging on the shower wall.

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable through booking .com.

Back screen door was broken and didn't shut or lock securely. Damaged lamp shade ..or two... room carpet needs to be cleaned. Didn't eat there...a little pricey. $12 for a glass of wine?

A good overall visit but was disappointed by no continental breakfast

There was no continental breakfast as described in the booking information we looked at

The elevators were out of order several times and left people waiting for 15-20 minutes.

Mold and pee smell all around.

Good location.

The room smelled moldy, and after transferring rooms, we got a room where the bathroom had a strong pee smell, even though it looked clean. Very unfortunate.

The Courtyard Marriott in Henrico, Virginia is convenient and comfortable.

We did not have breakfast at the Courtyard Marriott. I liked the layout of the room. It was easy to stay organized.

The shower did not have any options for adjusting the temperature and the intensity of the spray. The stopper in the sink did not work so I was not able to keep the sink filled while I shaved. We had other plans for breakfast. If I was going to eat there, I would have questioned paying extra to do so, however I do not know what was on the menu. My wife stayed there to visit family and observe Passover which restricts us from eating the usual foods. If the menu includes fare that is not the usual hotel food of cereal, scrambled eggs, muffins, pot-tarts, then the hotel may be justified to charge extra for breakfast.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke or pot terribly. We requested to be moved after spraying the room with no improvement. New room was fine.
