Convenient location and parking
Rooms very tired and old. Need renovations

Location
A once upscale hotel, the whole place is quite run-down and in need of a major “facelift.” Where there used to be a nice restaurant, there is now only a bar with “pub” style food. There also used to be an indoor pool which seems to be gone.

.close to venue.
100 dollar none refundable pet fee no mention of such. Place was a motel with a hotel name. Very overpriced super 8 look with Radisson price
4.5
Location walking distance to civic center Clean and comfortable
The room was too warm and air conditioning didn’t work well, and had to pay extra to park
5.0
Close to many venues

The proximity to the Civic Center was it's main, and really only, benefit over other hotels in the area. The bed was comfortable, the place was very clean and the staff were pleasant. Having stayed here before, I knew what to expect as far as accommodations.
Would really only recommend staying here if you are going to an event at the civic center as there is really nothing else to do close to the hotel. The main issue I had with this trip was being double charged by the hotel. I had pre-paid through Booking but, when I went to check out of the hotel, I found that I had been charged again when I got there. The staff told me there was nothing that they could do since the info they received from Booking said "collect at property". They went so far as to try to tell me that pre-paying was not even possible through Booking even after I showed them my confirmation on the app that showed that I had already paid.

Location and friendly staff
No parking, after being sent to 2 different parking areas. After which had to ask for the parking fee to be removed. They had to walk over 2 blocks in the rain to pay for parking.
No hot water in the morning for showering.
Carpet is worn and large wrinkles in the hall way on the 4th floor which is “pet” floor. However, I was charged a $100 pet fee for cleaning for an 8 pound dog for a room the smelled of cat urine.

Conveniently located to the town center.
Outdated, not real clean. Carpet In hall way raised and bubbles. Tripping hazzard. Mattresses old and not comfortable. Dust very thick my bed in the floor. Parking garage was ridiculous. 15 dollars to park. No security. Required no proof of staying at the facility to park or leave.

Bummer that there was no guest parking but I was able to park just as close but cheaper so not an issue
Like everything the security guards opened up extra elevators to expedite guests to their room after a big concert

The bed in our room was very uncomfortable.

Worn finishes. Rippled carpet. Disappointing breakfast “buffet”. Overpriced. Overwhelming scent from bath products made my eyes water.

Waitress at the hotel made the special adjustment for my son as he's on strict diet for surgery in a couple days. They had been amazing!
The shower head water was really rough and hard when you turn it on. I had migraines so shower didn't help because it was very hard squirt.

The front desk were great with customer service and just nice and helpful.
it needs some work, dated is all I can say, the tv need more channels, no microwave in the room, it’s sad padlocks are on balconies, and paying to park for $15 a day while others didn’t pay anything!

The staff was very friendly. The woman at the front desk even babysat my daughter's doll while we went to dinner. They also offered us a free shuttle ride to pick up food and the driver was very nice.
We stayed here for a girls night with my friend and our daughters. I used to do the same thing with my grandma when I was little. We always had dinner at the nice restaurant in the hotel then rented movies in the room. Now, there is no restaurant and you aren't able to rent movies in the room. It's very basic, especially compared to what it used to be and also compared to other Marriotts.

Very friendly staff and great location. Beds were comfortable and room was very spacious.
Our AC unit didn't work, when we called downstairs they brought us a fan. Room stayed at 80 degrees for our entire two nights there. They did say some of the room tend to stay warmer than others.

You guys charged for breakfast never a good thing when the rate of the room is high
5.0
Location great. Easy access to 64. Walkable to restaurants downtown. Great bay and restaurant in hotel. Nice rooms. I would book here again. The negatives did not outweigh the positive
Bathroom small and a bit dated. There was food leftover in our fridge from earlier occupants. Bathroom was not fully cleaned.
