Bonito hotel , pero pésimo personal

Las instalaciones muy agradables

El trato del personal pésimo, cero empatia hacia el cliente., no me dieron la habitación que reserve y ni siquiera me lo comentaron,, No se respeta las características de la habitación que reservas en booking, tampoco el precio. Cero organización y no les importa, si no te gusta lo que te asignan puedes irte por donde llegaste. Muy lamentable experiencia. Por supuesto me fui de ahí.

Staff was friendly.

Not the most clean- multiple stains on bedding, cheap towels, surfaces were not very clean- dirt in corners of bathtub, hairs in sink & floor that did not match ours. The booking said breakfast was available for $10/day but the staff was unhelpful when we asked if we could pay to get it. They asked for a voucher and then asked for our Marriot membership number and said she’d have to check with her manager. We never heard anything more. Staff did lend me scissors to help me wrap Christmas presents, though.

Nice room, comfy beds, nice shower. Just wish they had provided breakfast!

The room was nice and cool. The beds were very comfortable.

We thought that breakfast was included with the price. But they don’t have any breakfast there except for their Starbucks counter. We were disappointed in that. The pool was nice ( it’s inside), but the water was freezing cold.

All the extra charges. You get a room and wifi, everything else has a price tag (cup of coffee, etc) and the rooms are not cheap.

Only decaf in room. Had to go to lobby and purchase real coffee from Starbucks. No free continental breakfast, only $11 for breakfast plate and Starbucks stuff.

RELAXING

Neat, clean and a roomy outdoor space. I loved being able to do my meditation on the balcony. Sean and others were front desk gurus but Sean went the extra mile for us, making sure we were in the most comfortable room.

The ice machine on our floor didn't work and our phone in the room was static ridden so communication with the front desk was sketchy.

The room layout was awkward. Sink & closet practically on top of each other. No drawers. No place nearby to walk (no sidewalks except for short distance in back).

The stay was good and not too far from SxSw festivities

It was all well besides the 10;30 checkout; i feel 1130 shoul;d be standard since the rooms cannot be checked in until 4pm.

wouldn’t stay here again due to thin walls.

location was good and very close to the airport.

upon check in staff was busy and nobody was able to check us in for maybe 8 minutes or so, this was no big deal as it seemed there was only 1 person working the whole place. The room was dirty and all walls are paper thin. We had to make a noise complaint around midnight. Noise settled for a little and then picked up again. we got maybe 5 hours of sleep. price was fair but It still wasn’t worth the inconvenience of no sleep.

Relaxing

Beds are sooo comfortable. Love the usb outlets and makeup mirror in bathroom. Very quiet and relaxing.

Ac had to be on freezing or otherwise the room would get hot.
