Location to the airport
The bed had a thick plastic covering under the very thin sheet that you felt every time you moved on the bed. There was a loud banging every hour or so under our room. The door leading from the stairwell to outside wouldn't close and therefore could not be locked so anyone could walk into the hotel. Overall just a very expensive night in a very uncomfortable hotel.

The ac unit literally kept cutting off. Took hours to cool our tiny room.

Everything the friendly desk clerk Brandy made me feel like I was in the safest place to be
The forever breaking down elevator but knew staff was doing there best to get it'taken care of as quickly as possible

They gave me a key to a room that was already booked; it made me feel unsafe

its accesible to a lot of places in town
people smoking too close to property
2.0
didn’t like anything about property however it was close to my job
people standing out no matter the time of day or night working on cars smoking and drinking and the side door doesn’t close so there’s really no safety and the hotel has a bad odor

really not nothing
hard to find, homeless people everywhere, no one to greet us, bugs, really smelled bad, no sitting outside

Very poorly managed. I didn't get one moment of rest here. They schedule cleaning days randomly and didn't let me know so I'd get woken up at 8am with cleaning staff at my door, luckily I put the extra lock on or else they would have walked in, such an easy problem if they provided rooms with do not disturb tags to put on outside door knob. The place is an extended stay and provides one of cheapest options in Austin, so it isn't cheap, especially for what you get, but because of this it attracts an unsavory crowd. From 6am to 10pm, every single day there was someone in the room above me doing what sounded like construction work. There are no phones in the room to call the front office either or for them to call you, so expect random knocks on your door about them accidentally not charging you enough when they checked you in.

first of all, getting a phone call the day before you’re set to arrive telling you the elevator will not be working the entire stay and that they cannot guarantee what floor I will be on sucked. Traveling for work and working a 12 hour shift I hated to think about having to possibly climb four flights of stairs afterwards. rooms are clean but you can hear chairs sliding on the floor as there is no carpet And the walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors talking. Also because of the elevator not working hearing the stairwell door slamming all night made it impossible to sleep. Also, there are signs that say that all doors are locked after a certain time and you need a room key to get in after that time and then seeing all of these doors propped open was a bit distressing For a woman traveling alone. I will not be staying here again.
