It was convenient, parking was easy, staff was pleasant. Price was right. But the facility is outdated.

Signage did not indicate that lobby was on the 4th floor. We and lots of others travelled in the elevator several times trying to get to the rooms on the second and third floor.

I would go back.

The location was perfect. We were touring Boston College and it was very close.

I didn’t like you had to pay for parking and the internet.

Nice place but watch out for extra charges.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

They charge $16/day for parking and they charge you to use the phone in the room to contact the hotel desk.

Awesome

Close to highway and the train station to take the T into Boston and Red Sox game. Nice and clean hotel. Nice lobby plus nice restaurant and Starbucks. Rooms were great no complaints at all

Good place to stay. Expensive. Additional expense for a poor breakfast buffet selection.

Overall nice place and it was located close to where I needed to be.

For the price of stay, at minimum a buffet breakfast should be included. Went to check out what they had and had to "wait to be seated" Asked to see what their buffet selection was before I paid anything. Allowed to do so but selection was very limited and therefore disappointing.

Delightful gateway while meeting all my business needs.

Comfortable and spacious room that were recently renovated. Lunch and dinner at their restaurant was surprisingly tasty and fair pricing! To my delight, the hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby right outside the elevators for our convenience.

Nothing, location offered easy highway on and off access. Employees were pleasant and helpful, thank you!

Would definitely stay again but ask for a room closer to elevators.

Beautiful property!

I didn't like that I thought I was getting a balcony and I did not get one. Also room was very far from elevator and after a long day in Boston our room was a bit far. Also crazy that you had to pay extra to park.

Bed was erg goed. Douche ook

Kamer was erg oubollig, veel bruin hout, alles redelijk oud en beschadigd hier en daar. Verder erg inspiratieloos. Restaurant was matig, ontbijt ook. Het zou met wat renovatie een prachtige plek kunnen zijn.

Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We were given a free buffet breakfast. Bed was slightly worn-in on the side that I slept on.

The room we booked was supposed to be a king sized bed. Our room was two queen beds. I know there was a price difference but when I questioned the front desk I got the run around answer. Tried to request wash-clothes as the cleaning crew forgot to leave them and the staff member we spoke to didn't speak/understand English??

Overall it was a nice space and well-staffed. Pre-check in was outrageous and iron sprayed rust.

Very clean and facilities were nicely appointed.

I received an email asking me to pre-check-in. When I clicked through I was told my reservation could not be confirmed. Needless to say this was very distressing so I called in only to be told I had to enroll/download an app or wait til I arrived at which time I was hung up on. Ridiculous. The iron in the room sprayed rusty water on my husband's shirt a half hour before a formal event.

I would stay here again if in the Boston because of the river view rooms.

River view from our room balcony was nice way to relax over glass of wine at end of the day. Location close to highways 95 and 90 was very convenient for our travels.

Food in restaurant was average at best. Charge for parking when they have a large on site lot and no valet service.

Staff were friendly and location good.

This hotel over charged me for services I did not use, when I contacted them multiple times to resolve this issue, they gave me reference numbers for my dispute but never resolved the issue or contacted me to follow up.

Will be staying here again because my daughter goes to school around the corner.

Location is wonderful.

Our river views were obstructed by a tent. The restaurant was having an off night at dinner, but breakfast was delicious.

Good location

Management lied couple of time promising to switch our room since we booked a room with balcony however we were given a room with an exit to a back walkway we’re strangers were sneaking around. Management promised to change room the next day but apparently they said that it’s impossible. Very disappointed

Beware: Parking and Wi-Fi are chargeable

Hotel room was nice. I was accommodated an earlier check in.

Was very disappointed when I was charged for barely 30 min of parking just when I was being dropped to the hotel by someone. Also was charged $10 for 3-4 min of Wi-Fi connection by mistake! Thankfully these were reversed when I insisted. Didn’t leave a good taste.
