Pretty good. Except some guests were talking loud and watching TV 1-3 a.m. Didn’t know which room to inform front desk.

Location Staff helpful and informative.

Some of the utensils were not clean. Not washed by previous guests. Breakfast was okay.

Great stay! Random charges

The staff were amazing! So kind and helpful, they were all truly amazing.

I have a random $3 charge for no reason I need to call in about. My husband and I came here for a night away for our anniversary, and just slept in the room, nothing else.

It is hard to evaluate our stay in Residence Inn Boise West because the hotel canceled our reservation a few hours before our arrival without notification and without informing Booking.com. We arrived at about 6 pm and learned that there was no room for us. The staff left us (with a child and a couple of elder parents) to our own devices in a foreign city with few vacancies due to the festival taking place. Eventually, I found another place to stay, which was more expensive, obviously. And looking for it has ruined my afternoon... The hotel so far does not feel responsible.

loved the basket ball hoop wished there was a newer net on it for my kids but it worked just fine. the pool heater was broken but nothing like a cold plunge after a day of skiing! the staff were incredibly accommodating and chatty making you feel at home! the room was great and spacious even with the kids!

the pool heater being down was a bummer but still ok.

clean, comfortable and several “extras”

this is a lovely little hotel that conveniently allows dogs! it’s exceptionally clean and updated, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is great (oatmeal with 10 diff toppings, waffles, ham and eggs etc) the pool is warm, a fire pit outside and a basketball court…we look forward to staying here on all our road trips along this route!

staff was super nice, beds were comfy, bathrooms/facilities were clean, quiet despite being right next to the highway. three minute walk from the mall.

Breakfast was adequate and convenient, tasty ,: clean welcoming environment. The rooms provided far more space and amenities than anticipated. Could be very comfortable for longer stay. Would be ideal for travel with children.

I liked the temperature of the swimming pool , the pool hrs.. I liked how there was dishes already provided in the room. I liked how nobody complained about us being noisy.the breakfast was delicious

I didn't like the location ,but only because there is always a cop parked on the road that you had to go down to get to the hotel. Other than that no complains

Very good

I loved the staff and the facility was clean. Quiet location despite being close to the freeway. Will stay and Residence Inn more now.

The only things I didn't care for was the Sunday Cleaning lady didn't take my trash I sat out for her. Also the pool was freezing.

The location was good and the staff was pleasant.

The pool/spa was only a pool that was very dirty. The shower in our room leaked into the wall and the wall paper was peeling and moldy around soap holders, nails were sticking out of the transitions and kept cutting our feet. For over $400 for 2 nights, we will certainly not be staying there again.

Enjoyed our room and stary.

The grounds were nicely maintained. The staff was helpful. We travel with our dog and it was very dog friendly. Easy access to freeway.

he breakfast was weak. Not enough fruit (only oranges) bananas and apples would be a good addition. Also bagels. cream cheese and jam would be an easy addition.

There was dog hair and stains on the couch. Also I wiped down counter in kitchen to place my baby’s bottles and there was stains and crumbs.

The room was equiped for a long stay. The staff were nice, the breakfast had a lot of options, and it was close to the hospital.

It wasn't all that clean. The walls were dirty. The beds were very hard and the blankets were really thin. The pool heater was broken.

Very disappointed

I really like the room setup with the kitchen and their location.

I called beforehand to ask about the pool and breakfast and was told they were open and going. What they failed to mention was that the pool heater wasn't working which would have been enough for me to schedule somewhere else. I would have canceled but they said that where I had scheduled through a 3rd party (you guys) they couldn't refund me my money. I think from now on I will just be scheduling directly to the hotel. When I pulled out the hide a bed sofa it looked like the old blankets had just been left the way they were and just folded up. There was no full breakfast going and they were very short staffed for being the weekend. Overall I was very very disappointed and will not be staying there ever again. They also made me realize its probably better to deal with the hotel directly.
