Fantastic, would definitely stay at the property again.

The location was fantastic, the bathrooms were so clean and the room was in great condition.

The hallways and elevator were extremely hot and muggy.

Excellent way to tour Downtown Columbia!

The property is well-maintained. It is located close to grocery stores and other establishments (a few minute's walking distance). Springhill has spacious rooms and a separate bathroom and toilet. What is most enjoyable is the quietness?

Nothing. But if I had to say would be parking when it's late. It gets pretty full so you may have to park near the back of the property. A few residents park crooked. The reason I ended up parking there. It's Not a big deal unless you don't like walking.

My stay was great

The staff were the best I have experienced in years. The shower was excellent.

I did not like the idea my room was not serviced everyday. Covid is not as it was 2 years ago therefore they should give you the option. I did not like there were no mats for the tub as the tub as very slippery

Disappointing!!

Safe and somewhat clean!

The location is beside a road where people were racing between the hours of 1am to 3am! I was unable to sleep. We had 5 guest and provided 3 towels. One of the trash cans was disgusting and crumbs were all in the pull out bed. Staff was not welcoming as we walked in and out.

Great stay for a short weekend trip!

Check in was quick and smooth. Beds were soft and comfortable. Friendly staff. My kids loved the indoor pool.

The breakfast was good but it should be at least two waffle makers.

More than one waffle makers and housekeeping should have delivered linen to the rooms verses you coming to get them

No internet service in my room, no maid service (had to take out my own trash) and get clean towels, had to have something copied and printer was not working, parking fee of $10 (really).

The staff was great. All very helpful and friendly. My issue is with the same continental breakfast. Staying for multiple days and eating the same thing is not advisable so my family and I ended up eating out for breakfast. Also, the fridge in my room did not work and was replaced with another fridge that also stopped working. Then, while swimming in the pool, mug daughter’s foot was stabbed with a fish hook. So we just checked our early and stayed somewhere else. I have never experienced anything like this especially at any Marriott establishment.

It’s beautiful! Nice location downtown.

No towels, wash cloths, shower door didn’t work, no ice in the ice machine!! This is ridiculous for a TOP NOTCH hotel!

We were in town to attend a football camp at USC. Served the purpose for my family. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

Comfortable beds, separate rooms for shower and toilet. Welcoming front desk attendants.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Great breakfast.

Bathroom and shower layouts. With closet mirror placement and shower room doors closed as much as it could close ones could still see inside. With sheer paneled doors when lights are on one it’s so bright it disrupts others sleeping. The pullout couch has a huge stain. Yuck! The pool was good but needs an update and cleaning.

It was a nice hotel and pretty pricey for what it was. Think it was wrong to charge the parking.

Disappointing!

The staff was wonderful. Very polite, very accommodating.

I spent $1400 for two nights and my room didn’t get cleaned. The hotel was noisy (outside noise). I am appalled and disgusted that I spent so much on and I couldn’t get my room cleaned. I travel to Columbia frequently, I will never stay at this hotel again.

I wouldn’t ever stay at this property again for the amount of money that I had to spend.

The shower was the only thing that was nice after a long, hot day at the baseball field.

The Phone didn't work in our room, back to the remote was tapped up, they make enough money to replace a 10$ remote and the phone really man. The door handle to the restroom was broken, plus no vent with the toilet that's right next to your bed and sofa. Stinky.. pool was small but always empty. but really ended up loving my stay peaceful feeling of the crazy homeless but that's everywhere

I loved the space we had. Room was Clean and comfortable. Traffic Noise is my only Negative comment

Breakfast was better than expected.

Location was loud. Our room was next to the main road. Lots of car traffic.
