This could have been a great stay ...⁸

The staff was exceptional, especially Heather. Heather and the lady who worked the night shift on Saturday night, July 27th were exceptional. I observed them help several customers with a lot questions, and even more complaints. Each lady handled the customers and the situations with empathy and grace.

The rooms were old, outdated, and stale. The carpet was extremely worn. The room was not cleaned well.

Pleasantly surprised! Lots of space and distance to convention center can’t be beat.

Proximity to convention center can’t be beat. Has EV charging. Was pleasantly surprised because some of the recent reviews have been quite poor but I enjoyed my stay. Decently clean, lots of space, friendly staff, and good continental breakfast.

Could be a little bit cleaner. Not noticeably dirty just didn’t feel that clean. And since it’s on the older side, I could hear the people upstairs walking around. One out of the two EV stations down.

Nobody should book here! Unless you want to get robbed

Nothing, horrible staff. We were robbed and the staff didn’t help at all. Apparently they don’t even have security cameras

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My friends and I stayed here for the new year weekend for a rave and we stayed here because it was right next to the shuttle stop that the festival offered. After the first night, we came back around 4 am and realized all our luggage, wallets and car keys were gone. We had been robbed. We immediately went to the front office and the lady didn’t even seem surprised. We contacted the authorities and afterwards went back to the front office to ask for their manager information and see if we could access their footage. Apparently they have NO SECURITY CAMERAS on campus. Like what?! The lady at the front told me this isn’t the first incident. Then after finishing his report, the cop told us that this has been his 3 rd call to this hotel for the same issue. We decided to check out after the first night and the security that started his shift told us that they have been trying to fight management about adding security since this has been happening a lot. From social media, we found out we weren’t the only ones this happened to that night at this very hotel. Stay far away!

I wouldn't recommend this place.

Boring. Not what it could be. The same stuff.

The TV in the living room didn't have a remote. Had to call for help with that. The toilet in the main bedroom wasn't bolted down to the floor. The toilet in the upstairs restroom was clogged up from the beginning of our stay. The sofa bed that my son sleep on had springs popping out of the mattress. And there was stains on the mattress. When my daughter asked for more towels the receptionist was really rude. This place needs to be inspected. Also the spa was closed.

We will definitley stay here again if we return to ontario!

All the staff we interacted with were very nice and pleasant. I was sad the jacuzzi was under repair But the pool was nice. The breakfast buffet was good but way too crowed so i ate there only once. We were going to the convention center for a venue so the location was perfect…. Right across the steet!

The property is abit dated so the front door was sometimes difficult to open and the plumbing fixtures were also worn and had snall issues but overall a great stay for us… the battery in the smoke akarm started beeping to indicate a liw battery and maintence had it replaced in a matter of minutes after i reported it.

I had a nice TV

Many missing kitchen components. I had to buy some kitchen items cause the front desk said they could not replace anything. Missing lids, spoons forks, can opener etc. Could rarely get hold of the front desk. Noisy upstairs. I think they were running back and forth on the floor at 4am for about an hour. The chair to the business desk was broken and so had to sit very low. Will avoid that place again.

not worth the money

staff wasn't friendly, complained about missing items in my room and they were never replaced when they said they would be and lastly they billed me ontop of what booking.com did, so was charged twice on the same reservation - wouldn't come back or recommend.

Will return in a penthouse room

Free hot breakfast , large Penthouse room, full kitchens , staff really nice too. AC unit worked great.

Needs renovations, updates, carpet removed. Carpet was dirty. First room, lamp did not work and room was musty. 2nd room, light over kitchen sink did not work, D/W leaked a lot and kitchen sink as well. Ceiling fan filthy :(

Poor

Nice size and layout.

Old, tired room. Sofa-bed cushions had holes. Stools were coming apart. Hair on floor. Rips in curtains. Smelled like cigarettes.

Things could have been better

The room was downstairs

I booked a room for 3 people and we only received 2 towels. When we arrived there was trash on the floor outside our door. And since I booked for 3 one person used the couch bed but there were no blankets left for them. And I was surprised I had to pay for parking on top of the room.

Price for the facility is decent but they skimp on the leisurely amenities.

The facilities were good for a family trip and the price for their penthouse (2-bedroom suite) was a steal.

The inside of the penthouse was not very clean. The furniture was ran down with what seemed to be food spots on it , the penthouse was not ready at check in and the carpets in the penthouse seriously need to be cleaned. Also there are not enough sheets or towels to accommodate the entire hotel.

the internet wasn’t working so we couldn’t watch tv. the tv had so many glitches the closet sliding door was broken so I didn’t want to touch the closet . the jacuzzi was out order. they should let people know that some amenities aren’t available before we make a booking

Overall satisfied but could have been cleaner

Generally good. Previous stays had cantaloupe which was missing this time even though season was same.

Room was far from clean upon arrival. Carpet was not vacuumed recently (dead Miller moths ) and solid surfaces (tile) had brown residue. Had to ask for clean towels several times during our stay.
