Disappointed

The staff was great, Mike was very nice.

The breakfast was awful. I stay at CY across the country and the food was nothing like any of the other hotels...I drink Starbucks at home and everywhere. The coffee was not a taste of a Starbucks coffee. Very watered down and the express said starbuck beans but pretty sure they were not.

Not Up to Marriott Standards

Messed up our reservations. Initially only had us for one day. Had to stop my work out to fix it. Never cleaned our room because they didn't. The person at the bar was a conspiracy theorist and rampled on about the beyond meat coming from a womans DNA. A horrible stay to say the least.

As as we got there we didn’t even get the floor we booked our room for then they told us the hot bath was out of order, the carpet to the room was dirty. There was a coyote outside the facility. The young lady at the barista around 9:00P.M was being very rude and left early. I went to go order Starbucks and she left at 9:50 and they close at 10:00P.M. The pool was very cold and the hot tub had green water and smelled nasty. It wasn’t what I expected. Zero rating. As soon as I get home I will have all my family give it a zero rating.

Average Experience

The service was great and the people in the front desk were very helpful. I liked the size of the room and the location wasn't very far from SeaWorld.

Our fridge wasn't working luckily I had brought my ice chest. the shower head had fallen off the shower wall I had to place it back on. the pool looked nothing like the photos and the pool was very foggy. We weren't provided a breakfast. Me and my son had the avocado toast that was very over priced. It wasn't worth the bill it came with. The room wasn't very well lit and the room had a wet smell. We had used our own Lysol to help with the smell. For the price it wasn't what we expected at all. It came out to $160 a night and felt ripped off by the end of it all. Thank you for the customer service though.

We had a fabulous stay and will be staying at this location when we’re in San Antonio.

The balcony and the pool were the selling points for us.

staff very rude someone purchase the breakfast , thru booking and the staff said they didn’t have a code for it on their end. the couple with kids ended up checking out before staff couldn’t into the details.

The pool had too much chlorine.. it irritated my kids skin and the chlorine fumes were extremely strong to the point of having to leave after 10 minute
