The room's location was very dark, there was no light nor was it possible for us to see clearly and due to that we didn't feel safe there. The room had a very disgusting smell, it smelled like humidity. The sofa wasn't clean, there was a red spot on the wall we didn't know what it was, only 2/3 lamps worked, there was no light to charge our devices, there was no TV remote, the bathroom door was stained with something we don't know, there were also cockroaches and there was no smoke detector. There weren't any extra towels, blankets, pillows.... there was no breakfast. A very uncomfortable, dangerous, a very bad experience for me and my family.

One of the front desk older female employees was extremely rude to the guest, myself included! She was wearing colorful leggings with house slippers and was very unprofessional! After my arrival I was to wait on my fiancée and the front desk lady said I only had 30mins to check in if not I would have to leave the property while there was a woman sleep in the lobby with her car and 8bags of luggage..

All in all, stay was good!

Room was not stocked up with the towels, toiletries etc.~we had to physically go to the front desk to get them. Phones in the room did not work at all to call front desk, we had to physically walk to the front desk if we needed anything. (we were 3 buildings away 3rd floor)

Bad Experience

The location.

We had 2 rooms, one smelled like cigarettes and the other like dogs. We stayed 2 nights rooms were not cleaned and we had to go ask for clean towels and take our dirty ones to the office. Water in one shower kept running. No ice in ice machine. Place needs a serious update. You advertised free breakfast included, and there was no breakfast.

The rooms were extremely dirty. There were roaches in the room and bed bugs. The walls were dirty and peeled. Front desk was extremely rude and did not provide clean towels. No continental breakfast available. There were people in the swimming pool that were not guests at the hotel, we saw them leaving through a hole in the fence.

Absolutely nothing

The first room that me and my husband were placed in had blood stains and bugs all over the mattress and box spring. Some bugs were moving still and some were dead. The smell of the room was terrible moth ball and wet basement smell. We made the motel aware of this problem immediately at this point she placed us in another room. The smell of this room was a little better but not much. On the other hand this room was in terrible condition. The bathroom lights did not work. The internet did not work in this room not sure if it's because it's located on the opposite end of the motel or what the problem was either way the office did not try and help us figure out what the problem was. All she could tell me was that she didn't know what to tell me because the wifi was working just fine for her. Needless to say she has absolutely terrible customer service skills. She showed no concern or sympathy for me and my husband which is unexpected and unacceptable. We spend a lot of money with Super 8 and with Booking.

The rooms aren’t nice and clean as they appear to be on the website.

Roaches in the restroom, nightstand area, crawling on the door and a/c. Water in tub drained so slow. Roaches crawling behind the t.v. Sheets have holes and stains on blanket.
