Easy check in, convenient to airport

It was clean, staff was great

Wanted to charge $35.00 each way in addition to $9.00 a day park n fly

DISAPPOINTED

When I checked in the clerk promised breakfast would be served the next morning. It wasn't. When I went in it was closed. I found out later I was the only guest so management chose to not serve. My issue is that I was promised breakfast and they made no effort to let me know otherwise or to make it up to me somehow.

Disappointing!

The phone rang about every hour and woke us up. No one at check in told us of the problem and we didn’t rest all night! Expensive night. I doubt that we would choose Country Inn again!

Someone could have told us of the problem! We could have known to remove the phone from the base!

Good except for leaving to catch our plane.

Close to airport

Had a very hard time checking out. We made reservations through booking.com and the staff had problems with it. Said they couldn’t get their money. We had receipt showing paid and they kept it.

Easy to get to along our route going cross country. Clean room, affordable price

Wish hot breakfast items were restocked by the time we got out to breakfast. There wasn't much left and it was only 730am

Only book as a last resort

It was close to the event.

Just about everything. 1, AC filters were extremely dirty. The front desk guy had to argue with me about it. We found mold in the vents. 2, Our windows were screwed closed. 3, Only 3 bath towels, you had to turn them in and wait for them to wash a dry them to get them back. They said they didn't have any extra. 4, No hot water in the shower. The sink had good hot water. 5, The swimming pool was dirty, with no tables or chairs around it. Trash was full. The pool hours are from 7a to 10p. We had to ask them to unlock it around 5p. 6, The ceiling in the dining room had a big wet spot or something that they did a bad job of repairing. They had a out of order sign on the hallway bathroom but said it was ok to use. They do that to keep it clean. 7, The biscuits and gravy were good. The eggs were like eating hard cardboard. 8. Unfortunately, I can only post 1 picture per area. I have several more to share.

Everything was great breakfast was good only problem was the TV and with kids kind of hard to distract them

Clean and well decorated. Spacious rooms.

It is a 20min drive to downtown Tulsa since the hotel is located outside of the city.

Good value. Easy check in

No kleenex in room. Tub didnt drain properly. Exits besides the front door, remain locked. Fire escape hazard.

The bathroom wasn’t clean and the tub and sink would not drain.

Wouldn’t recommend it.

We were able to get rest and thankful our car was secure the next morning. We had our doubts.

Location was scary and accommodations were sparce.

Superb

I liked the location and the decor of the hotel.

Our TV didn't work and it was challenging getting towels. I had two in the room and only one towel set. It took over an hour to get more.

Couldn’t Stay Due to “System Error”

I didn’t get to stay. Their system was down.

I was exhausted at 4:15 AM from nearly 20 hours of straight work. I called ahead at 8 PM to let them know I wouldn’t be able to come until very late/early in the morning. They said that would be fine. When we arrived, they said their system was down and there was nothing they could do. I asked if I could leave a credit card at the front and get a room just to sleep for a few hours, and they said no. I asked for their assistance to help us find another hotel, and they did not. We had to call and drive around until 5 AM to find a place to stay.

Disappointing

Due to a unavoidable change in travel plans our stay needed to be changed from 2 nights to 1 night. The hotel have not responded to the request for a refund. On arrival check in was delayed due to the one member of staff having to go out to do an airport run. Breakfast was non existent, the few remaining items ( and we went early on on the breakfast window) were being eaten by staff in the staff area. No sign of replenishment. We stayed in several hotels during our time in Dallas and Oaklahoma all the others were really good with good customer service. Unfortunately this one was not great. The hotel itself was reasonably clean, but very worn and tired

Clean and quiet with poorly designed structure.

Clean. Quiet after 10 pm. Lots of pillows.

No elevator or hand rails on stairs. I recently had a knee replacement and it was uncomfortable climbing the section without a handrail. Our room door scraped the floor. The bathroom light and fan came on together, so if one used the toilet in the night, one either woke their roommate or stumbled in the dark. No facial tissue.
