Breakfast and pool
The bathrooms down stairs were nasty. The hallways smelt like straight cigarettes and weed. The window in our room was wiggly like it could fall out at any minute.

Front desk was friendly explained everything throughly.
The breakfast was terrible and our shower was not properly cleaned. Smelled of stinky feet. I got my own cleaner and cleaned it.
3.5
The price was good and the location was great. Easy to get in and out of without a lot of traffic.
The bed could have been more comfortable. The swimming pool is indoors but is very cold.

For our family trip to Tulsa and surrounding areas we thought we had found a great deal on a Queen suite. Our family has 5 people including 3 children. 2 of them being teenagers. We booked this hotel quite a while in advance. Once we arrived I went in to check in. They told me that there was a problem with our room. Our room is suppose to have 2 queen beds and a pull out to accommodate us. But they said they had moved us to a single king with a pull out. I stated that would not work as I had 5 guests and would really appreciate another queen room with pull out. They found one. Great! Once we entered the room we realized it was quite warm. Which we figured was because the room hadn’t been used so the air was up. It was sitting at 74 degrees. My husband turned down the air and we took the kids down to the pool after the long drive. We were down there for an hour and in that hour our room had went up 4 degrees. We were leaving to see some family so I asked if they would have maintenance to check the air in the room while we were gone. They said sure!
We were gone for 4 hours and when we returned the room was 80 degrees. I went down stairs to the desk and rang the bell. The lady who I had talked to earlier was sitting on the couch with other people and asked if she could help me, while still sitting on the couch. I asked “was maintenance able to come look at the air? Because it is still quite warm.” She then proceeds to tell me that there is no maintenance on site and she has not been able to get a hold of him. I asked if there was another room we could move to. She, still sitting on the couch all comfy mind you, said no.
The amount of unprofessionalism was astonishing. If you couldn’t get a hold of your maintenance man you should have called an air company. You also don’t just sit on a couch when dealing with a paying customer. You try to come up with a solution to the problem.

The location worked for what I needed. The location was quiet. Austin checked me in and always politely said hello whenever I came in and left. He answered all my questions and was overall very kind. Thank you!
A bug came from the wall. I couldn't adjust the ac unit.

Breakfast at up was chaotic.

Great breakfast
Shower was suitable for wheelchair. We don’t use a wheelchair so the shower was irritating.

we arrived at 4:05 pm and was told our reservation had been cancelled a few hours earlier. We had to drive another 75 miles to find a room. Credit card was okay. Around 9:00 pm that night I received an email saying my credit card was not good.

Nope
We didn't have pillows or blankets and when we asked at the desk they said they didn't have any. They literally rented us a room without bedding! The room was also unclean. I have pictures...

nothing at all, i rented this hotel because of the pictures and we traveled over 2 hours for a doctor appointment and i payed for my room a week before we went, when we got there to check in they charged us for the room again, although we already paid, then we went up to our room and when we got up there the beds were not made and there was stuff in there that was left from the previous renters. we asked for a new room and when we got into our new room the toilet was clogged and the shower did not work. we then got ready to go down to the hot tub because that’s one of the reasons we rented this hotel, we got down there and was told the pool area closes in 30 minutes, (8:00) so we decided to go ahead and go in for the 30 minutes and when we got in there the hot tub was colder than the pool. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was bigger than I expected. We were traveling with three granddaughters and having the space for them to spread out was awesome. The bathroom was large with a "table" in the tub, meaning they even had a good time taking a bath. Quiet rooms, lots of options for eating within a couple of miles. Breakfast was great and the lady there cleaned thoroughly which I appreciated.
The only two negatives were that we found a candy wrapper under the edge of one of the beds and the pool was disappointing. The acoustics in the room are terrible meaning you cannot even talk over the noise of the hot tub. There were some really rowdy young men at the pool. They were drinking and doing cannonballs, and even threw a beer bottle from the hot tub to the pool at one time. Hotel employees never checked in to stop it. Not the fault of the hotel except that it seems they would have an employee checking in periodically (This went on more than an hour).

I did like the location. We booked our room and then told our colleagues about the location and price. They booked less than 30 minutes afterwards. When we arrived we had a small room and our colleagues had a huge suit. We decided it was fate. But later that afternoon after we checked into the rooms. A customer had a small dog that barked all night. I went down and talked with Austin. He moved us to a bigger room and away from the barking dog. It worked out
Making sure that parties traveling and working together get the same accommodations for same price.

The hot tub was great, the people are sweet. The hotel was very nice and clean. And the value to stay in a place like that at that price!!!! Dont miss out!
Hmmm. Not having conditioner. But it wasn't their fault I forgot it ❤️
