The pool, cause I like swimming,my grandkids loved how big in beautiful it was, they loved the fish also,It's a very very beautiful place.
That you had to pay for breakfast the price you pay for the hotel should come with breakfast,we chose this hotel cause it was so beautiful, and we just knew it was free breakfast, but we was wrong.

Had to wait 30 minutes for hot water. One towel. Noise from other room 3am. Charged for parking, took a cab. Tulsa taxed the parking fee, that I didn't us. Also, Tulsa taxed the room twice.

Musty rooms. Old carpet. Stained couches. Stained sheets. Loud traffic.

Great location and very comfy bed with a solid gym in the hotel.
I couldn’t claim my points because I used booking.com and down graded me for a late arrival, and couldn’t help as I used booking.com
They are not fans of 3rd party

Convenient location. Plenty of Handicap Parking.
I was disappointed with the failure to advise me of daily cleaning arrangements, parking charges and internet charges. All charges were reversed when I raised questions at checkout. I was also disappointed that I was initially assigned to a 2nd floor room with unsightly equipment as the only view from my window. I was reassigned to an 8th floor room with a much better view, which could have been the initial room assignment.

their location and the staff was nice
The piping was weird in the room in the bathroom. He made a lot of noise and sometimes the hot water didn’t work. The bar close down early and housekeeping didn’t come to your room on a daily basis or at least every other day we were there for four days. I thought that housekeeping will come by at least once. also, the conference food was not that great.

The room was adequate
The tub was rusted in the bottom and we had no maid service while there even though it was requested for daily. There was no water when we arrived.
