It was close to the highway so acres to main roads was easy.
When we arrived the air conditioning was completely off and it took a long time to cool down the room.

The property had good amenities the children enjoy the swimming pool and we grill while they in the pool. The location also was close to stores and restaurants.
The family enjoyed the hot breakfast.
The only thing that I could say oh, the pillows were flat. Replacing the pillows is my recommendation.

We booked our stay with a different hotel, walked in asked for a refund and walked right out. I went online and booked with Residence Inn, ended up paying almost twice as much, but you get your money's worth, right? It was worth every penny. The General Manager Wendy Williams greeted us and was so friendly, even gave us her business card. Called us a few minutes after check in, to see if everything was good, we had one small issue which was fixed within 10 minutes. I am not sure how likely we will be in this area again, because we only came for a wedding but if we are ever in the area we will for sure stay at Residence Inn again. Thank you Mrs. Williams for making our stay wonderful and taking such good care of your hotel. Very clean hotel, nice location close distance to everything. Love it!!
Wish we had more hot breakfast options but what they offered was decent.

Kitchen was convenient. Room was spacious. Loved the shower.
I was unable to use the fireplace. Tried to use it, but was unable to do so.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff was nice, and the breakfast was sufficient. The kitchen area was helpful also.
I had to change rooms due to a heating/HVAC issue - this was the least of my concerns. The rooms and property seem a bit outdated. We had to walk on an icy breezeway to get and forth from our rooms to the dining hall in a totally different building. The entrances are not ALL wheelchair accessible. In fact, the only wheelchair accessible door is to the main entrance. The entrances to the actual rooms and sleeping areas are not wheelchair accessible and were very hard to operate with a wheelchair bound guest.

customer service in Wendy Williams was excellent.
it was hard to get to the food area where we were. they should enclose the walkway so you don’t have to walk in the cold to get to breakfast.

location. staff were excellent, especially Laura.
the dining chairs were especially uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. the shower was problematic;it was nearly impossible to turn on the water without getting wet. ruined my hair several times

Grateful for warning about water shut off.
Pool out of order, not enough towels for 3 people in the room. Twice we had to go get towels from front desk.

Having a room next to the elevator was less than ideal. I was disappointed that my room wasn't tidied up while I was there. (bed wasn't made, no fresh towels, etc..
