We found this place last minute. The price was cheaper than surrounding hotels in the area! Right when we walked in the receptionist was so sweet and welcoming. The room was really nice. We were on the second floor and the room had a fridge and a microwave! I would stay again!
Nothing.

Good breakfast, but could have changed it up once in awhile.
Comfier sofa bed, keys didn’t always work to the room. Staff could have been more helpful getting an infant bed.

breakfast was nice and the man that set out the breakfast was very friendly
I didn’t like when I called to confirm my stay to let hotel know I will be arriving 30 mins after my check in time. A man at the front desk kept trying to convince me to stay in their sister Hotel next door. He kept pushing that I booked a room with a pull out and I would be much more comfortable in a two bed next door. I had to say no thank you three times. He was telling me he was unsure if there was a pull out available and sometimes they don’t pull out and my son would be much more comfortable in the sister hotel. I felt like he just did not want us to book in the hotel. After I told him NO I would much rather stay at the hotel where I booked he said ok. smh! my sister also booked in the same hotel with her four children. I suggested that she stay there because of the kitchenette. hours after my arrival my sister called me upset saying someone from the hotel suggested she stay in the sister hotel next door and they will be more “comfortable” she realized after being convinced, it was no kitchenette AND no unlimited continental breakfast like the hotel next door. only a mini fridge and you are only offered one breakfast item. Thats a huge difference! especially for a mother traveling with 4 small children!!!!!! I must say they do have a Starbucks inside which for me,to be is all four days I was there I took out my own trash, and had bags for of dirty towels because house keeping did not stop by once! I seen her once, when I was checking out. front desk was friendly but,I will never stay there again!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the highway was nearby there was no road noise. Free breakfast had a good selection of food (waffle maker, oatmeal, cereal, ham and cheese croissants, sausage and egg biscuits, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bagels and cream cheese).
We could hear the gentleman in the adjoining room clearly as he conversed with guests, spoke on the phone, and played music. Not sure if it was because of thin walls or if the closed, locked door connecting the rooms was at fault.

I liked that my room was clean, smelled good, and the bed was very comfortable.
Idk if it's possible but I would like to see an elevator in the middle of the of the building. There's two now but 5hey are on complete opposite sides and at the very end of the building. And only one goes to the lobby.

Staff extremely helpful and caring. Breakfasts by Jonathan were fabulous every time. Kassandra front desk was very accommodating. Room was quiet facing the mountain. Room had ample space and provided kitchenette. Dog friendly place.

Put security cameras in your parking lot, our car was broken onto and over $700.00 of merchandise was stolen.

A nice quick breakfast. Staff worked hard
Our greeting. I booked three rooms for a wedding. The young person at the desk could have been more helpful as we needed one of the rooms for our guests to check in before we left for the wedding on Saturday. Luckily we checked in on Friday our guests Saturday. Also only two luggage carts for the whole hotel

The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good
The chair in the room was stained and the arms marred. No light bulb above the desk. The smoke detector in the room was covered in plastic wrap thus a safety hazard. I was surprised that I was charged $10.00 a night to park in a lot that was never full. The parking charge was never published in the booking information. I support there are Covid safety protocols in place. But I think the hotel could put the following in the room sealed in heavy plastic as they do on the back of the door regarding rates. Wireless log in information. Hours of Breakfast. The fact that the room will not be serviced daily.
