The room was clean. Staff was helpful.
The room lacked a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave.

i expected it to not be very good because of the reputation but it was very clean. I actually like it had laminate flooring instead of carpet. It is so much cleaner that way. That is a difference maker to me. everything else was good. even the towel separater was cool.
3.3
Easy to find
Nothing really
3.3
Location
No shampoo or shower gel was provided
3.3
Nice pool, clean rooms, restaurants and everything nearby
The internet was down during my entire stay, the room was extremely cold when I arrived. I had to turn the air off completely.
3.3
Didn't like the room did not have a microwave
3.3
The staff was nice.
I felt the room I was in someone was there before it wasn't as clean as it usually was my last visit.
3.3
Nothing!
The staff was nonchalant if not hostile. The room wasn't clean, the floor sticky, and there was a persistent tobacco smell.
A staff member started squashing cans at 7am in front of our door, making intense and repetitive metallic noise.
This is probably the last place you'd like to stay in.
3.3
Friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room and price
No TV or Wi-Fi , no hairdryer,Kleenex, refrigerator and certainly no coffee, shampoo or amenities of any kind. Soap, thats it. Didn’t automatically come to clean room daily. Had to ask. Toilet had problems but the ONE employee on duty at the front desk said I could come and get a plunger! The mechanic she could call wouldn’t be there for more than an hour and it was late.

Nothing
Infestation with bed bugs

The air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable.
No working TV, no WiFi. And someone entered my room and took a large pocket knife, (tan wood with a black blade, around 12" in total length when open). It disappeared from my room on Saturday, along with some lottery tickets I just purchased from the liquor store next store. NOT happy!
3.3
Very attentive hosts at the office. They had coffee Sat morning, breakfast was not offered or an option
Don't travel much and remember the quality from the past. Unfortunately for the price the clientele tends to go down too. A homeless camped at entrance of driveway. Walking to our room inevitably crossed at 3 different locations people smoking Marijuana outside. At foot of stairs a loud family "resident" with much of their belongings outside. Wanderers in the parking lot. NO TV SERVICE!
3.3
Everything was great, good location if you have a car, room is nice, didn't have any problem.
3.3
Bed was comfortable
Shower would not drain and toilet barely flushed. Front desk person was not very friendly. She announced my room number in front of other guests which made me uncomfortable.
3.3
Perfectly located when I’d had enough of driving in the rain storm.
3.3
Nothing
The bed wasn't good and also no shampoo no body wash
3.3
it was clean and organized
there was no fridge
3.3
Good area with local shops, bars and restaurants nearby
No fridge or microwave in the room

The bed linen wasn't clean. The room smelled like a cigarette.

The staff was very friendly and immediately took care of requests and concerns. We slept well in the room.
The toilet was clogged and the air conditioning was dripping in our room, which was unfortunate. The staff took care of this immediately. All in all, it was quite expensive for this kind of lodging.

I love that we are able to arrive as early as 6 am and check out the following day at checkout time.
It's kind of expensive.
