Just a nice place.
WiFi didn't work right when arriving. Front service desk quickly took care of it.

Gluten free options at breakfast, and staff were all incredibly nice and friendly!
The WiFi is a scam. Their free tier is so slow nothing loads on my phone or laptop. Therefore, I could not even use the wifi at this location unless I paid for it.

Staff was amazing! Room huge! Close to everything!!!

very kind helpful staff and good breakfast

Breakfast was pretty decent. Small offerings of usual breakfast fair of eggs or some egg type dish. Plus we took advantage of the gluten free muffins.
Wish the rooms were a little bigger. We had a dog with us and that made things feel a bit cramped. This isn't anything against the hotel. The room size are what they are and our stay was comfortable.

The hotel is in a great spot. we took a walk in one direction for food, and then came back, got in the truck and drove down to the shops and the brewery. there's quote a few brewery around this area. pool was open , so that helped with the kid and the grandma. I was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast. many choices.
the bed itself wasn't comfortable. I know beds are never your home beds.
4.5
Location. Great breakfast. Priced right. Comfortable. Good Internet for my 4 night stay.
Not much to complain about, so I won't.
4.5
The breakfast was disappointing. Re-heated prepackaged food. Got drier as the week progressed. Milk from the refrig was no good with a use by date of 2002? Who does that? Juice dispenser broke after 2nd day there. Coffee was not that good and hot water for tea wasn't hot enough.
The breakfast and coffee were really disappointing.

Very nice staff, friendly & professional, and comfortable, clean room, very well thought out and designed. Though compact It had everything we needed, including a small but well appointed kitchen and a desk area that was very user friendly. All in all a very nice stay!
There were no paper filters for the coffee maker... we bought supplies for fixing our breakfast and snacks (several days' stay), including our favorite coffee, but had to use paper towels for the included coffee maker. The only negative, and a small inconvenience.

Charming but not old, in a beautiful place, with a knowledgeable, polite, generous, professional, friendly lady at the desk who could answer all our questions! she was impressive.
I can't think of anything I didn't like.

location and staff was very friendly and helpful
the hide a bed couch was horrible even after I was given a mattress topper (foam). my back was killing me both mornings. For the amount of money per night I would think they could afford to replace this mattresses once in awhile. it literally sank in the middle. horrible!!

Bed was beautiful and good. Breakfast was ample and satisfactory.
How can you have internet problems with your TV set...date suggested the problem started more than a month ago. Sitting chair was exceedingly uncomfortable.

location was ok
TV did not work - no guide, time was wrong. No way to ascertain what you were watching

We loved that it was a two room hotel with a kitchenette, yet still affordable. We are a family of five, with two teenagers and a baby, so we need the extra space. Getting two separate rooms can be too expensive, so this was perfect! Plus a pool and hot tub were great. And it definitely had the best continental breakfast out of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at!
The only thing we didn’t like was that the hideabed was old, loud and a little uncomfortable

wasn’t thrilled with location- but it is walking distance to river. and right next to college

complimentary laundry supplies!
many small concerns with room: no hot water in one of the 2 bathrooms
other bathroom with constantly dripping water from shower
couldn’t figure out how to use dishwasher
recycle policy unclear
trash policy unclear
room location near front lobby quite loud ( we are in our late 50’s)

Perfect accommodations near the Old Mills shopping. Kitchenette was awesome.
What is with a tv bolted on a side table. While winding down for the eve, one can’t see the entire tv from bed. Would have liked a recumbent bike in the gym. Food, was just ok considering the safety precautions with Covid.

Attractive. Spacious. Partial kitchen. Clean. Comfortable.
We could hear talking in our room from downstairs somewhere, voices/noise coming through the walls.
