Location
Room amenities (kitchen, sitting area)
I liked the idea of 5am breakfast
The pool was closed and dirty.
The breakfast was limited. They had items to put in oatmeal (raisins, nuts, sugar) and not oatmeal to put it in

Very comfortable and nice room.

Staff was very friendly. Location close to Paine Field just what I needed.
The parking lot was completely full and it was dark and hard to see. I found one spot and it ended up being nowhere near my room and it was really hard to maneuver my suitcase and carryon back down many stairs and walkways to my room.

Didn't take advantage
too many stairs

Great location

There were few choices for breakfast, no juice and bad coffee.
There were several missing lightbulbs, so it was dark. The mattress was awful and it was noisy in the parking lot making it hard to sleep. Then we got up the next morning to an inadequate breakfast.

I liked the breakfast
I didn't like that they charged my mom's card 250$ for putting a half cigarette on the ledge by the door. I did not and would not smoke in a hotel room.
4.0
the proximity to the baseball fields
The grounds and room needed updating and general upkeep.

It was a nice and comfortable studio apartment.
I have a small 3 pound dog, which I expected to pay a small non-refundable ($10-$50) or a refundable fee of $1-$100). They charged me a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm not a wealthy person so it drained my bank account.

Good value. Clean. Friendly staff. Unexpected kitchenette. Great location for catching ferry.
The sofa bed was awful! Needs new mattress. We also had to call for linens and pillows. Nothing was stored in room. Though there was space for it.

Easy to find, room was clean and quiet
Bed was just OK, room was bright even with shades closed

Everything besides the breakfest wish they had like a waffle maker or something like that

Wow! A coffee pot, fridge, microwave, silverware and dishes available. I was impressed. I like the pump shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The staff was very friendly and polite.
The day bed mattress could have been better. It was thin and somewhat uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good, location is a little tricky to find.

The staff did the absolute best job at catering to our every want and need. From easy conversation during check in to finding us boardgames and a blender at 1 am on Christmas Day, the staff is amazing.
Every time I stay I find the previous occupants lost "treasures" under the bed.

There was coffee available All day.
I witnessed the front desk clerk on 12/21/2022 around 3-530 pm use the restroom and not wash her hands. This made me very disappointed and it showed a reflection of there cleanliness and care for others health safety. The breakfast was mediocre. They had some fresh food however I found a hair in me English muffin and witnessed no employee wearing a hair net. Also viewed guests grabbing things with their hands and not the tongs provided.
4.5
Good price for a decent sized studio with a kitchen when compared to nearby hotels. Free (minimal) breakfast was also served although without gluten free options.
$10 parking was not included in the room price. $40 deposit was taken from our card without prior notification but was refunded - the staff should have mentioned it at check in but did not.
4.5
I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly cleaning staff. I loved the location, a little off the beaten path and quiet, yet close enough to where I needed to be. The bed and other seating surfaces were very comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave were used often and appreciated. The Wi-Fi was an unexpected treat.
I usually eat a high protein breakfast and I don't get up very early, so I only tried the breakfast once in my two week stay. There was an excellent breakfast restaurant almost across the street which solved that issue. I was hoping for an exercise bike. Unfortunately, one was not available.

The carpet felt damp and had a stench. The shower curtails had musty smell.

Dog's barking in the room next to us at 1:30am, and at 2:30am some women screaming that she was locked out of her room, I think we were the only over night guests because everyone one else we saw look like they were living out of their hotel rooms with laundry hanging outside drying and people hanging out in front of their doorways smoking. And we especially didn't like when we went to check out having the hidden fee of paying $10 a night for parking we weren't aware of.
2.5
too many stairs and no elevator. reserved a king bed and got a queen.
