Price & cleanliness
It’s a corner location of the main attraction

Very clean and beautiful. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was spacious and organized with a luxurious bathroom.
Only suggestions are to have a better fridge in the room and maybe a coffee maker in there. Entrance into hotel was in an unclear, odd spot. But building location was clear. Would stay again.

Room was big enough and tidy. Shower worked well. Location is excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.
There was a flea in the bed. The bathroom door didn't close completely. The iron and ironing board should have a warning sign as they can ruin the clothes. Furniture, finishings, and decor are dated.
6.0 / 10.0
The staff was great and very accommodating. The location could not have been better, within walking distance of the 9/11 memorial, 2 blocks from the ferry, and blocks from the subway, very easy to navigate.
The bed was so hard, it was impossible to get comfortable. The shower door was clear glass so unless you're solo or with a partner, beware. There were rips in the duvet cover, the pillows were incredibly flat, and the fridge didn't work at all.

Staff are super nice and supportive and helpful. I got my suitcase lock stuck and one of the receptionist helped me to open it. Location is great as it is in quiet area of the city while still close to tourist points. Malls and Restaurants and Stations are all around.
I have no complains at all.

huge room, great location, comfortable. Very spacious accomodations. Staff did great job of turning down the bed.
spartan interior, furnishings minimal, no water unless you ask for it. Fitness Center old equipment, No Air Conditioning (85F when I worked out), very basic, and very few equipment choices.

Staff not very responsive, act alone without teamwork. COLD!
Complaint to front desk lady that the room's phone's not working, and sink is clogged. No one comes attend basic service even as I check out. Very disappointing for a reputed FIVE STARS Hotel.

Lovely rooms and comfy beds
Shower rail wasn’t the best but that’s just an small critique, really enjoyed the stay.

Location
Beds were comfortable
There was no water for one day
Parking situation was terrible - the recommended garage was promised to be discounted and never was. Ended up laying $80 for one night
No place to pull in to check in and check out. There was construction going on all weekend and we had to haul the luggage from/to far away because there was nowhere to park.
Floor in one of the rooms was warped

We had booked 2 double rooms and both were upgraded to a suite. The staff were very helpful at all times. The rooms were perfect and huge. The hotel was very quiet although some street noise is to be expected. The location of the hotel worked very well for us. We were able to explore lower Manhattan on foot including places like 911 museum, Law courts and Brooklyn Bridge. The Piers provided a great place to spend an evening relaxing with plenty of options for food.
A taxi/UberXL to Midtown cost between $40-$70.
We were very happy with the hotel and couldn't have wanted for better. So glad we found it.
Nothing to be honest.
We did not eat in the hotel - so cannot comment - but the breakfast looked very good with a fantastic selection. With there being 5 of us and different requirements - we decided to just eat out. Otherwise - it looke3d very appealing.

The bed was not necessarily the most comfortable I've slept in over the course of this past year and because of my job I get to sleep in a fair number of hotels each year.
The insane prices for breakfast, especially a buffet with a limited number of food choices. The average cost per breakfast (I purchased six during my stay) was nearly $50. That is bloody insane for bacon and eggs!

Staff was friendly, location was prime, and we got a deal with parking.
When we walked in the bed had what looked like a pee or coffee stain so I questioned the cleanliness of the room. Also the shower was a great size but the drain was on an incline so the water level was retained until we push the water out ourselves.

The room was nice. It was quiet and bigger than expected. Every day was cleaned perfectly, which I appreciate a lot!
The hotel is close to the metro station and the neighborhood is very good.
It was cold and we couldn't manage the temperature and the air conditioning fan from the remote control installed in the room. We asked a few times at the reception to stop the air condition, but nothing changed.
The breakfast was maybe the worst I ever had, so we didn't eat in the hotel and go outside.

Room was nice and clean
The room was cold and even though there was an air con control in the room the temperature setup didn’t seem to work. We didn’t stay for long, should have asked hotel staff for help.
On booking.com the room is marked with Sea view and river views- haven’t seen any of those.
Included breakfast was very basic and not very tasty.

I was traveling with my family and the location was great. The staff was receptive and kind. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
The shower leaked at the bottom and the room could have been cleaner.
