The staff made sure to take care of our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Family friendly great staff

Rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly and willing to answer any questions. Breakfast was good and had a good selection to choose from.

The hot tub wasn't very warm. They did have a wedding the weekend we stayed so it was a bit busy and louder to the guest coming from the wedding early in the morning. However they do supply ear plugs in the nightstand but didn't see them until check out.

Ants in the bathroom..

1st floor poolside room was nice , great breakfast and the pool/hot tub area were a hit.

We noticed some ants in the bathroom.. so i called the front desk and was told that maintenance would come. I called back an hour later to get some towels and when they were delivered I mentioned the ant problem. They said we could use a vacuum or wait for maintenance. I even asked about a different room and was told the hotel was booked. Nobody ever showed up. *My son wouldn't use the bathroom or shower so we had to use the pool areas bathroom. Pretty disappointing.. to say the least.

Meet my expectations

Great location, awesome on grounds restaurant.

Post the wifi password in the room or put it on the reciet at check in. The journey was long enough only to find out I needed to ask the receptionist for the password. My devices have unlimited data I'll use my own account rendering the free wifi of no added value to me. Lighting around the commons and pool need upgrades. Pool was area very dim, looked out dated.

Carpet in room needs replacing. People across the hall had a dog that pooped in their room!

Place was BUSY. We got checked into a wrong room, but they v were able to accommodate.

Very cold when we checked in. Room looked a bit worn. Handicapped parking was a long way from front door.

Awesome, the room service food was delightful, in taste and presentation.

Another elevator in the back. We like the fireplace whirlpool rooms but it's a long walk to the elevator, not good for older people with bad knees, who can't do stairs easily.

No availability to grab and go breakfast at 5:45am I thought the staff could have been a little more accommodating to guests that need to leave early for work to grab some breakfast.

Guests were noisy after 11PM. Also an alarm went off for no apparent reason.

A clean and comfortable room at a greatlocation for a one night stay on a road trip to visit family.

The location was great--nice area to explore by foot. Left the car at the hotel and walked through the neighborhood to a public park and beach. Walking the opposite direction was a nice shopping area, along with restaurants. Since we stayed one night (a Monday), several of the restaurants were closed. We found "Washington Square" and had a lovely dinner outdoors. Our room was clean and comfortable, but the cost was higher than we normally pay for a room at a Best Western. The location and time of year (August) was likely the reason for the higher cost.

Other than a higher cost as mentioned above (which we knew and gladly paid), there was nothing we did not like. We only stayed one night because we were on a road trip to see family.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, our kids loved the pool and hot tub. And we enjoyed the beautiful decor of the hotel!

Very nice would stay again and recommend to friends.

The hotel was nice, clean, the room was quite even though it was a busy weekend for them.

It would have been nice if people not staying had parked in the back and people with rooms had been allowed parking closer to the entrance.
