Comfortable beds and nice size room. Shower and pool great .

There could be complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate available to guests 24/7 somewhere in lobby. The heat/ac in room could not be regulated effectively. Parking was more expensive than other local hotels. Since you are not offering complimentary breakfast, you could at least comp Parking.

Overpriced MESS!

Service was good but breakfast WAS NOT INCLUDED as you claimed, only a coupon for breakfast!!

Breakfast NOT INCLUDED AS Was promised only coupons! Hotel had a natural gas smell in the lobby & restaurant! Coffee was bad! And our room thermostat didn't work, and although we told the front desk it was never repaired!

Never Again Bad Experience!!!

Breakfast Was Great!!!

I Chose The One Hotel Because It Had A Pool For My Daughters Birthday,As We We’re Checking In The Power Went Out Mind You In Was 3pm, Original Rooms We We’re Suppose To Be In We Never Got Them Because Of The Power Being Out. But The Staff We’re Friendly And Helpful,We Left To Get Food When We Got Back Power Was Still Off So They Offered Us To Go To The Hotel Next Door,We Got There About 8pm Finally Had Heat And Lights. The Staff Was Very Rude To Us, I Basically Wasted Money On Three Rooms,Check Out Time At The Other Hotel Was Noon The Other Hotel Was 11pm And Nobody Notified Us Of That. They Did Let Us Stay Until 12:45 But Still We Did Not Get To Enjoy Like We Wanted Too. Then My Daughter Came To My Room To Drop Something Off But When She Went Back To Her Room The Door Was Locked And It Was Not Quit 12:45. The Other Hotel Did Offer Us To Come Back and Swim But Who Wants To Get Into A Pool Then Have To Walk Back To Another Hotel Nobody Wants pneumonia. Then The Room I Was In You Run The Bathroom Water To Was Your Face And The Water Dang Near Over Flows. I Will Never In My Life Go Back To The Second Hotel!!! I Wasted Money And My Daughter Birthday Was Ruined…..I Should Have Gotten Some Type Of A Refund That Was Ridiculous And Nerve Racking!!!

the beds were amazingly comfortable. and the view of the baseball field was cool. the shower was great and water pressure with being in the 6th floor was spot on.

Quick and convenient stay!

The location was perfect for my visit! Walking distance to a lot nearby. Staff was friendly.

Unfortunately there was no early breakfast at the time. I was really hoping to grab something @7AM or sooner and wasn’t available. Nothing much open at that time nearby either.

We had a relaxing stay at a beautiful property with great employees!

The property was beautiful and clean but the best part was Raquel at the front desk! She was super helpful and knowledgeable about the area!

disappointing and will not use them when return in March

Only ate at the hotel on arrival, very pricey

Advertised a shuttle from and to the airport and did not have it and was not willing to help us get that tranportation. We were very lucky to be able to share a ride with someone who rented a car
