Location was great, staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were comfortable.
The phone in room rang a lot - sometimes there was nobody on the line. The ringing was annoying and very loud. It would be much nicer to receive a text on my cell phone instead of a loud, surprisong call to the room.

Luxurious accommodations, spa services and hotel staff

Location and on site bar were nice
Our room was boiling hot even when we turned the heat down. Upon arrival the room was 74 degrees. We went to use the hot tub with our friends who were also staying there. It had to have been 130 plus . You couldn’t even go in. There were no towels either. We moved to the other hot tub where cold dumping water was rushing in and we all left feeling like we had a chemical burn with all the chlorine. Our room didn’t have a hair dryer, front desk took 30 minutes to bring us one. We had room service and were woken up by the phone ringing at 8 am asking for their room service cart

we love everything about the hotel.
Location: it’s located on the Canyon village side, next to the Wyndham. It’s a fifteen minute walk to Canyon Village where the ski lifts are located, but there’s a gondola that takes you there.
Service. Excellent service. The concierge booked transportation from the airport and restaurant reservations for us. everyone was so helpful. Our room was cleaned twice daily.
Amenities. Free coffee and hot chocolate. Free s’mores.
Free water bottles. There’s a ski butler on-site. they get your skis, helmet, boots, and poles ready for you. It’s super convenient. There’s no long lines:
Rooms. we got the two bedroom suite. there’s plenty of room and it came with a washer/dryer and kitchen.
Powder Restaurant. we only ordered some breakfast here so we don’t know their lunch or dinner menu. I would try outside restaurants.
nothing not to like

clean and comfortable, good restaurant and services
could use more shops and food options

We will definitely not return to this hotel. It has a 5 start price point; however, even a premier room is extremely small with old furniture, slow drain in the bathtub, etc. Additionally, the service is mediocre (not even as good as a 3 star hotel). It does not match its historical brand image, to say the least.
They should do some upgrade for the facility, including the rooms, add washer and dryer somewhere on the floor (s), and improve their services, from the front desk to the restaurants (during lunch hour).

Location
FirePlace was not working. Even with the snowstorm they didn’t turn them on which is disappointing given the cost.
4.3
rooms were lovely
neighboring construction made it impossible to enjoy the balcony
4.3
spacious and comfortable room, shuttle service, ski valet service, staff at the restaurant were excellent
staff at the front desk could have been more helpful, we had a breakfast inclusive rate but weren’t told there was a daily $ limit
4.3
The pool and the location
The room was very outdated, small, uncomfortable bed.
