Not worth the savings

It was extremely close to my job

The elevator was out. Has been like this for MONTHS. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working. You had to WALK up to the 5th floor for ice. The pool was not available. THIS IS ONE OF THE HOTTEST STATES IN THE COUNTRY !! I will NEVER come back.

Pedí servicio traslado aeropuerto hotel nunca se dio, no hablan español, mala atención, muy sucio el lugar, el desayuno muy desordenado y sucio, posiciona fuera de servicio y en oscilo estado de aseo

Would not stay here again

Egg patties were the only hot items - chewy and tasteless. Waffles were ok. Trash full.

Cleanliness - The floor in our room was so dirty it looked like I had been walking around the parking lot without shoes for days. The fridge was also not working.

Disgusting

Absolutely nothing good. This place was disgusting the room was nasty and extremely dirty and smelled. There was public hair in the towels, the ty didn't work, the phone didn't work, the bar of soap was opened. Nastiess place ever. We ended up leaving and didn't stay.

It was an unpleasant experience. I should get a refund

Everything. As soon as you enter the door the nasty cigarette smoke hits you. The first room I was in had black stuff that would not rinse off in the tub. The phone did not work so I had to walk to the front desk. The ironing board was rusty. No iron was available. The second room did not have an iron or ironing board. TV and the phone did not work. The toilet just kept running the water from the tub would not turn off completely. The mattress was used up with no springs or firmness. I simply sunk in. I was too tired to go back to the front desk. Paid $114 to start there from 9 pm to 8 am. The place needs to be shut down for renovation. It's old and nasty

We had a blast in Memphis!

The room was clean. The hotel has a funky cast of characters. It seems like quite a few of the people are extended stay. The hotel has a fun, down by the river feel. The park across from the hotel is beautiful, and you’re next to the Mississippi!

Did not stay ...went to the embassy suites instead

The person who was running the office ran my card 3 x and said it was declined but I went to an ATM after calling my bank and withdrew 200.00 the clerk looked at me like I was lying about having funds in my bank.

Price, had to walk up five flights of stairs, breakfast was taken up at 9.m.,Price was totally different than what was quoted on final price from Booking. Com.. Bath tub has big rust stain in the middle of it

It was fun from the windows to the walls.

The location is great and always has been

Well, the elevators were out and we were on the fifth floor. It wasn’t a huge deal but it was an inconvenience. If this were my property I would have lowered the rate or offered a second day at a reduced rate. This building has been there and done that for a very long time so it’s beat down and not much can change this without closing the building for renovations. I’m saying this because bits important not to have unrealistic expectations regarding the old Super 8. No towels in the room so I had to trudge down to the office then back up as soon as I checked in. Overall, it was acceptable and a great location.

Not much of anything, apart from the fact that it was close to a nearby park

It was filthy in all the walkways. The pool wasn't filled. The gym was full of boxes. The elevator was broken as was the ice machine on our floor. The snack machine said "use at your own risk". I was overcharged and hopefully reimbursed after threatening to contact Booking.com. This is NOT a Quality Inn/ Comfort Suites property. Buyer beware. Oh also, it is not walkable to the center of town as advertised!!!

Not enjoyable

It was very run-down and not too clean in some areas. It stated that there was a pool and a gym but neither of these were in use. The elevator was not working and also the coffee machine at breakfast. For the price we paid it was very disappointing.

no wifi bad breakfast they serve the same thing every day rooms are not sealed my 1st night checking in I left and went to a party good thing I didn’t unpack when I came but they had booked someone else in my room and I had to settle for a room smaller than what I had

Good position for Memphis. Generous breakfast.

Room was depressing, building a bit shabby and the noise from the railway yards away was not great. Also, their photograph on booking.com was off the metal museum next door, which was extremely misleading.
