Nothing at all it was very ghetto to be in a nice area .
I didn’t like the fact that everyday I would get off work and there would be guys getting drunk in the parking lot . There were bullet holes in my room windows . The beds were wobbly and cheap. And the room was very old and had a smell to it.

I love the location, everything is pretty close by. We've stayed at this one before & always had a wonderful experience. The staff was pleasant for the most part. They had our room ready upon arrival as requested.
We had to get a handicap accessible room, which was honestly not the problem. The room was extremely warm when we arrived so I went to the front desk & requested a different room. The lady at the front desk wasn't very helpful. You could tell she wasn't even trying to find a solution, she had an "oh well" attitude about it. So I decided to take a cool shower to help cool off. The bathroom was gross. The floor was sticky, the bathtub/shower needed to be cleaned, & there was someone's hairs still on the shower wall. The tub was slick from someone else showering & not rinsing the tub afterwards & I slipped in the shower & was immediately mortified.

Very nice Hotel, the room was clean, nice, and comfortable. Great location on the 6500 block of Popular Ave. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.
My only complaint would be the toilets which have a push button instead of the traditional handle that's more of a personal preference than anything else.

The beds were comfortable, room was clean, the staff courteous and friendly. Great location overall satisfied so I decided to stay a few more days.
The toilets could be a little shorter and have the traditional flushing handle instead of the pushing handle on top of the toilet. Not a deal breaker for me though.

Convenient & Available
We were on the first floor and couldn't open the curtains b/c there wasn't a sheer curtain or blinds on the window. Request for items were never fullfilled.

It wasn't much. Only coffee and cold muffins
Bathtub had what appeared to be blood stains on it. Not enough trash cans. No utinsels in kitchen not even plastic. Again breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The location, and the familiarity from staying here before
All the way up on the 3rd floor; keycard/doorknob not working well, requiring multiple tries just to enter the room; deadbolt latch completely broken off on inside of the door; flying insects of some type annoying me in the bedroom and bathroom areas; staff stated that my only option was to downgrade from the best room available — the King Deluxe Suite — to the Queen-sized bed, regular room — the cheapest room available for this property. I then messaged the staff, later on, to ask if I'd be refunded the difference in amounts for the differing room rates, but I never even received a response from anyone. And I was considering staying here long-term, but it's simply out of the question now!

The bedding had stains all over them. The hallway was very dim lighting so I felt very uncomfortable walking down them alone. The outside card key lock does not work properly.

The location was good, appeared safe and was in a good part of town. The value was OK considering the price of hotels in the City of Memphis.
First of all, they gave me and my fiances room away. We did arrive rather late, but only had a queen available and we really believe they put us in the worst room. We had a King reserved for weeks. The room had a terrible cigarette smell that plagued everything. The bathtub was rather dirty and the floor had no carpet or rug. The floors were hard and cold, made out a very cheap material that had trouble with moisture. Since they had no rug, I almost fell during the night. The breakfast was terrible, much different than the photos. There was only coffee and a few packets of oatmeal. Don't get the idea that breakfast was "provided" for those looking to book. We had reservations to stay 2 nights and didn't even bother staying night 2. I fully believe I should receive a refund but I highly doubt that will happen.

This Extended Stay is in a convenient and quiet location. The gentleman, Michael, who works behind the counter was so patient and kind to me and all other guests. He is wonderful and extremely attentive, he even helped me with my debit card when I was having trouble with it. The price was great with a spacious room and the accommodations are decent. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again as well as recommended.
The decor and rooms could use some updating.

The only benefit to staying at this hotel was location. The Kitchenette but had it's issues. Nice decor but deceptive.
I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, EVER stay in an Extended Stay hotel if they all offer this kind of stay. Out of all my travels this is by far the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. The room had an awful smell, the sheets were dingy and smell so bad the smell was in my sleepwear the next morning. The bath tub was just nasty I had to wash up. The handle fell off the cabinet door when I opened it. The refrigerator was all dented up than God it was clean. Ask me why I stayed, when I initially checked into the hotel around 6:30 pm, I was in a haste to visit my cousin who is sick and I really didn't notice anything because I checked in and left and didn't return until 2:00 am. I was to tried to go to the front desk and complain. But if I could have gotten my $102 back, I would have and went to another hotel.
I must add I did make a mistake when booking this hotel. I was suppose to have booked at different hotel and accidentally booked the wrong one. Had to many searched open on my cell phone.... Boy I wish that would not have ever happened.

Staff were friendly, location was great, but the bathroom tub and shower could have been fixed better. When the shower curtain fixture was installed, they should have fixed and painted the wall. The black at the shower wall seams should have been cleaned and regrouted. The shower curtain would not close properly due the angle of the rod and the floor was getting wet from it.

Breakfast was terrible. They advertised breakfast and had none
Bathtubs are unsafe. The surface is slanted on the bottom at steep angle. Girlfriend almost fell. Reported it to front office manager Theresa she didn’t care. I told her someone is going to sue the company when they fall. Those rubs are not right. They are not code for a bathtub. I will be be notifying Better Business Bureau.
