Very nice room and facilities
A bit hard to navigate, more directional signage would have been helpful.

Room service
Walls were a bit thin

Very Tuscan feel. Restaurants on site. The village offers great food and rentable lake toys.
It was a maze. We were given a room on the very end. We got lost twice. Hotel does not offer maps.

Location, food, staff, clean
Unfortunately, days 5,6,7 of our 8 day stay, the facility experienced the failure of the air conditioning system. Vegas temp 110. Not a good thing to lose AC!

A very good place to stay and discover Vegas if you don’t want to be swallowed by the madness on the Strip. Very decent rooms, good staff, easy parking, …
Maybe a bit oversized… typical American “big & fake”

It was pretty
A hair in the breakfast food and several of the stores were closed. The property looks worn. Needs paint etc

Location was beautiful
Some people smoked cigarettes in their room, no idea why the pool open at 10am and closet at 6pm instead of opening at 7am till 8am specially in the summer. Gym it’s old and most machines didn’t work. No music in the pool. The luggage cars should be available 24/7 and anytime for customers.

Everything was nice.

Love it there, it's beautiful. Makes me feel like I'm not in Las Vegas. It's my favorite place to stay cation.
The rooms are dated, and I feel like bc of that, they are over priced. I would visit more often if I could afford to do so!

Excellent breakfast with vouchers and available until 11:30am very convenient for the family.
A little long of a walk from parking garage to our room but understandable.

The air conditioning was not working so I had to keep the balcony doors open for fresh air.
Also, where the dance competition was that I was attending, that area smelled like sewer the whole weekend.

Rooms were very clean and luxurious. Staff was friendly and helpful.
No facilities were open. Jacuzzi and pool were closed for the season. Jacuzzi is indoors yet was closed for the season and this was not mentioned on booking.com. The clean photos of the lake are very misleading. The lake is very dirty and full of mosquitoes. Walking around it was very irritating with mosquitos around.

I liked check in and out in the app
False advertising, the main amenity that shows when booking a room for the dates I did was the pool. Joke was on us because the pool isn’t even open until after April. The only reason we came was to swim. I had very disappointed family and children. On top of that, most shops in the little village were closed or not even functioning anymore. And when trying to talk to staff, they don’t give a crap, and just want you to get out of the lobby. I honestly don’t think I would be back, which is really unfortunate.

Love the quiet location it’s nice to go to the strip then come back and have quietness
The bar didn’t have enough staff. I can’t ever get into the spa. It’s always booked!

The power charger did not work in the room. Called twice before having to leave for reservations somewhere and was told engineering would enter to fix while we were out. Unfortunately that did not happen.
They extended us a $50 credit and walked me to the gift shop to purchase a charging block.

The hotel garden is really lovely and the hotel common areas are beautiful. It was nice to be able to walk to the local restaurants from the hotel.
The TV remote was missing from my room and not enough pillows on the bed.

I like the Lakeview the room service was good but I got expensive after taxes and a service fee and a tip The room needs a deep cleaning like move the furniture and dust and vacuum everything.
It was raining all weekend so I couldn't go to the pool I think this resort needs an indoor pool that would be top notch.

Nice view . Bathroom was spectacular
Ice machine didn't work. Asked for someone to call me about a possible basket in the room for a birthday surprise and never got a call just a generic auto response. Also the rate was very high.

The view was beautiful
Upon arriving to the property they had a 3 gr delay for housekeeping due to one of the washers being down. We weren’t able to access a room until about 11pm. That’s was frustrating especially when you have small children with you that need to go to bed. The only option we were given was a $50 meal credit. Aside from this, the property was nice.

I did get a room that had a lakeside view, and it was a nice quite space that I got to enjoy. The staff was very friendly and helpful with every interaction that I had.
I asked for a lakeside view and was expecting to get the eastern part of Lake las Vegas from my room. Instead, I got the west end, which was a little more disappointing but still technically a lakeside view. Also the walk to the room from the parking garage was almost 10 minutes with how far it was. Even from the lobby, it was still a significant distance to travel with luggage. There should be a preference to which side of the lake you want to see.

The property was in a beautiful location and the decor was very vintage and pretty.
The property has severe plumbing issues. The toilet did not work in the room so we had someone come up and fix it while we went out for a couple of hours. When we returned the toilet was functioning however in the middle of the night the shower started running and wouldn’t turn off for about an hour. When we went to take showers in the morning there was not hot water. We went down and had practice and went for a walk. The resort called to let us know she was upgrading our room as they were not able to fix the hot water. We stopped at the desk to have our keys switched for the 3rd time (the door lock wasn’t working either) and she said the other room wasn’t ready and they would call us when it was. After an hour we decided to leave and stopped at the desk and the nice lady that had been helping us said the other person was wrong and the room has been ready. The upgraded room was beautiful however the toilet would run loudly every 20 minutes.
