Great, clean place to stay with lots of restaurants choices nearby

The location was really central to some good restaurants & Starbucks. I could walk less than a block to all of them. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Breakfast: eggs are powder eggs and not the best tasting or texture.

It served its purpose. All of the staff were very polite and appreciated.

Breakfast was okay. I would like to have seen a larger variety of fruits and bacon. the same thing everyday became old, boring, and bland.

The furniture was old (original furniture) and has taken a beating over the years. The pullout sofa was very nasty with stains, etc. The hair dryer , iron, and ironing board was old, yellow, nasty with stains. Tile was falling off the bathroom wall. It was obvious there had been flooding in the room because the bathroom wall had black mold outline. Bathroom door was falling apart, air conditioning unit was yellow and nasty but functional. Unable to completely close the curtains allowing light in (I work nights). I utilized the high dollar washer and dryer in the facility and every time I washed a load of clothes the entire room flooded from one wall to the other. Rained and the ceiling flooded in the utility causing my entire load of clean and dry clothes to become saturated with water. Two towels, hand towels, bath rags and one floor towel is not enough! Not to mention I had to turn in my dirty linen to get new ones because I do not want to be disturbed during the day while sleeping.

Affordable and good location. Have stayed here before. Furniture and beds in worn/ rough condition.

Ease of check in. Location was very good. Good WiFi and proximity of restaurants and places to shop nearby.

Furniture was beat up and worn. Mattresses were heavily used and not in best condition. Water stains and flaky paint on ceiling in bathrooms.

Great value and room with small problems

Great value and great staff.

The door to the room has a half-inch gap at the bottom covered by a piece of rubber. It leaked outside air in the room.

Not a peaceful night sleep. It was a total waste of my money to rent this room

The location was great.

The room smelled like smoke and the wall behind the toilet was unfinished and had a hole they’d tried to patch or something. The biggest complaint is the bed was so uncomfortable that I slept no longer than an hour combined sitting in a chair. I could feel the springs in my back when I laid down on the bed and it was awful. No hotel should have beds like this anymore. I got no sleep and the stay was ruined.

the location and price

room was not safe nor suitable for children. There was a screw with the pointed end sticking out from the headboard, the smoke detector was pulled from the wall, the latch lock on one door was torn off, the other was dangling. The towels smelled like dirty feet.

Good price for a decent hotel

Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.

Towels did not smell fresh, toilet flusher lever had to be held down for approximately 30 seconds for the toilet to completely flush, and low shower water pressure.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, couldn't ask for a better location.

Location was great, many places to shop and eat in the area, and felt safe.

toilet was hard to flush, walls needed painting, some furniture needed repair.

STAFF GREAT, ACCOMMODATIONS WAS FAIR. WILL NOT STAY AT THIS ONE AGAIN.

LOCATION WAS GREAT.

HOT TUB WAS DOWN AND POOL APPEARED NOT CLEAN. REQUESTED NON-SMOKING ROOM BUT WASN'T OR AT LEAST DIDN'T SMELL LIKE IT. THE FIXTURES WERE BROKEN OFF WALLS. WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED NEEDLESS TO SAY.

It was ok, but not nearly as nice as similar places.

the location was good. the floor was solid. it was quiet at night. pool was nice

in room 232 the upper door lock was broken, the towel rack was broken and kept falling apart and the toilet paper holder was barely holding on. the toilet kept disengaging from the flush mechanism. the bathroom door barely closed and would stick. breakfast ended too early, elevators and water fountains and hot tub and workout room were all out of order. Also everything was very outdated, like early 1980’s style. not technologically up to date either
