The room are nice and clean service is very friendly

There was no breakfast I wish there was though

$100 deposit required in cash!!!

The staff was very friendly.

The room was a bit dirty in the hard to get to places, and it was a bit old and rundown. Also, there is a deposit of $100 that must be paid in cash, and there is no ATM on-site. The deposit is returned as soon as you check out, so that is good.

You do not care about your guests and keep the rooms at 100 degrees, to cheap to turn AC on

It took hours for the room to cool because you keep the AC off in 100 degree weather,! The younger girl at the front desk said I had to wait for my booking confirmation before I could check in( despite I showed it to her on my phone. She said she would call, never happened. So I waited in the parking lot. This was 5 til 10pm and I think she just wanted to get off or did not know what she was doing. I walked back inside and she was gone and the older lady had started her shift. The older woman checked me in.

The manager is a liar and tried to keep my deposit

It was right across from the hospital. And close to my mom while she was in there

The room wasn't what I ordered online. The beds were hard as a rock. And when I checked out the next morning the manager tried to accuse me of smoking in the room so he could keep my 100$ deposit. Was arguing with me. The ac didn't work very well at all. Was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. 10 out of 10 do not recommend starting here at all. Very rude people.

It was conveniently located by the hospital.

The rooms were nasty. There was mold in the bathroom and questionable cleanliness the blankets/sheets. Hair and stains on bed.

got out of there 15 minutes after waking up,

i was placed so far from entrance my phone did not work my tv did not work the room was dirty carpets stunk staff was great tried hard to accommodate my booking request but could not. coffee pot did not work. I would not even take a shower for fear of getting some kind of fungus.

It was good for what we came to do in the area

it was was a central location of where we needed to be

that the hair dryer was mounted to the wall and that you had to hold the button on the wall mount to fun it, and d that laundry room was out of order for the whole day

Although I was overcharged Al in all it wasn’t bad and they took care of the issue quickly and the money was back in

it was peaceful and pleasant!!!

I was charged twice for the one room.

Overall, enjoyed my stay and will probably stay here each time I visit.

The staff was friendly. The location was close to shopping and food, and the pool was clean. Our room was comfortable and accommodated us nicely.

I did not like the breakfast options or the lack of it. I wish there were a little more offered. It would have been nice for vending machines to work too.

The toilet was running, I told the owner and it was fixed with in a couple hours. Very friendly!

Room was comfy and not expensive

I was quoted price of $70 a night on line. I paid at desk and was charged $115 per night (2 nights) plus another$75 I have no idea what for. I talked to property manager. He said when I checked out he would issue refund for being over charged. I didn't receive any communication from him that day so I asked next day if he had issued refund. He stated no because I didn't come to front desk and check out but he came and talked to me as I was loading my things to leave. I told him we would be loaded up and gone in the next 10 mins. He never said anything about going to desk to check out. I left room keys in the room as I usually do. I'm still waiting on my refund. Also the bathroom was a little dirty.

it was convenient to where I needed to be

it looked like a run down, renamed Day’s Inn. inside it needed some fixing up, remote control back was held on with tape. there was an electronic bug repellent plugged in, giving you the sense of having a bug issue. made me check for bed bugs immediately, none from but still makes you feel like there might be some think to be concerned about.

My family just stopped in for the night on the way back to Illinois from Texas. For the price of the hotel, I thought the rooms were comparable. The woman at the front desk was super friendly!
