We really enjoyed our stay here and it was especially nice to have our family all in one space.

We liked the layout of the rooms but the cleanliness of the room was not great, the towels didn’t smell clean the room s

it was nice and the presentation of the property and the parking. The easy access to check in and out was efficient and the wristbands were helpful.

The location was not located around any clean gas stations.

Clean for the most part. Felt safe. Close to many things.

The surprise fee of a hold of $250 that is put on your card at check in and released at check out did not feel acceptable to me as it was nowhere stated until check in. Walls were paper thin. The people above us were screaming most of the night and morning and walking very loudly. Other than those two things it was a decent experience.

Upgraded to one bedroom suite. Nice suite. Quiet location.

Rec center/pool closed and not notified until after check-in. Offered as motel but aggressively harassed to attend the "class" timeshare event. Some sales is expected, harassment is unappreciated.

other than the timeshare meeting we really enjoyed our stay!

very spacious plenty enough room for a family of five and a two bedroom condo.

The only thing we didn’t like is they tried to get us into a meeting to sell us a timeshare! gave us a $75 gift card, but it took two hours out of our trip and we were not prepared for all that.

severely unprepared and bad time for construction.

I don’t know I was forced to move locations

the fact that we were forced to move from a condo to a hotel after trying to check in here. no one notified me that our reservations were cancelled. so after driving there we were told we need to be at the Hilton on the promenade. toddlers don’t belong in a hotel. especially being on the 5th floor. I do not recommend this place of booking.com for any travel needs

Worst hotel stay in Branson. Will never give money to Wyndham hotel chain again

The cleanliness

The check in time and wait was horrible. The text message alerts are off and tell you misinformation. The lady answering the is nice but will have you calling a million times to see if your room is ready by the way she answers your questions and tells you to call back. The room size was not worth the cost. The amenities are nice but nothing worth the cost of the stay. Planning a trip to New Orleans and I will never look the way of a Wyndham hotel again.

Maintenance

The shower in our unit soap dishes falling off the towel rack kept on falling off. Door in the entrance and kitchen area was falling off.
