Amazing honeymoon spot!

It was non-invasive, we could drive right up to our room! It was nice and clean and comfortable! It was quiet and peaceful and the breakfast was so good. Our honeymoon there was really really amazing.

We were there for 4 days and we didn't get anyone to come in and replace our trash bags or towels.

Coach House Springfield

We liked being able to park in front of our room. The room was good size and had frig and microwave. Towels were nice and plenty full. Bed a king was comfortable. The temp was regulated in the room and very efficient. Grounds were nice, the pool wasn't opened yet. The breakfast and attendants were excellent. We were there for 6 nights, in Springfield to visit family.

My only issue, and possibly OUR phone server...Would not work for calls, if we got away from the building, over near the pool etc. Then we could make calls and they would go through and not drop.

Was told cancelation was handled but refund not received

I had to cancel for a personal reason and I spoke with booking.com and with Tamara at the office. She said she canceled it after I explained my situation but booking.com is saying the cancelation request they sent in was never actually approved. I prefaced my situation saying that if nothing could be done and I couldn’t be refunded, I would stay there, but since I received verbal confirmation, I proceeded with the cancelation request. I would like my refund for this location as was promised. I’d be happy to give you a good review if this can be resolved. I stayed at another Best Western location so the company still got my business.

Good

Beds were clean and comfortable. Had problems with the room being too cold or two hot. Finally took blanket off second bed, that worked. Had to park my car abt 3 rooms down from room. I like to park car close to room so to keep an eye on it. When I was leaving for dinner. Two people had moved their cars. So was able to move my car. Just walked to restaurant on property. Found ant in bathroom in the morning. I'm only 5'2" so the shower head was so high on wall I couldn't adjust it. The tub didn't have good safety tread or any bars to feel very safe. Also, didn't feel comfortable with the outside access. Normally it wouldn't bother me, but the people in 130 were loud and coming and going. Second morning, sounded like a party was going on between 6-8 a.m. in same room but outside. This was not the motel's fault. It just reminded me why I like inside hallways. Had a very good hot breakfast and was nice to be able to go to Ziggie's to eat. Thank you.

It was like a WAY OVERPRICED motel 6

staff very good, parking close to room, large bathroom, breakfast was adaquate,

The little heater by the front door wasn't adequate for the room and the bathroom was freezing. {22 degrees that night] I had to take the hotel hair dryer and leave it on for a few hours, yes hours, in the bathroom so it would be usable for us and our grandkids, I had to roll up a towel and put it at the base of the front door as the cold air was rushing in {obviously needs a new door sill/rubber seal on bottom of door. The next morning the bathroom water went back and forth from scalding to cold and back to scalding so we couldn't take showers before we checked out.

mostly nice stay with a few disappointing issues.

friendly staff especially the breakfast staff.

internet did not work in our room(324). you need a booster for the rooms that are further away from the lobby. also the night stand between the beds had a lamp on it with plug ins that people should be able to plug their devices in to charge them. the one in our room (324) would not work when we tried to plug in our devices especially my CPAP machine would not work when I tried to plug it In and none of our phones would charge. we had to use plug ins across the room to charge our phones and could not use my CPAP at all.

Superb

The room was clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained and beautiful. The breakfast was very good, and a large variety! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved this place -- looked for more like it on our trip, but didn't find anything.

it was awesome got an early check in staff was awesome. very large room

I like the outside rooms. so much easier to carry your things to the room and back to car. close to many restaurants

the room was a little cold being an outside room. needed a little bit heavier blanket. I turned up heat but it was warm only when the heat was on
