I was traumatized and felt unseen by the staff.

I appreciated that they was a front desk person available late at night and security present. I was appreciative that the security guard escorted me back to my room after a terrifying experience.

I didn't like startling a deranged man who was passed out in the second floor stairwell on the platform. He jumped up and made a "whoo, whoo" noise as I was turning away. He proceeded to chase me 3/4 of the way to the front desk, as I ran for safety. I told her what happened and she called for security. I provided a description of the man and his clothing. I was assured he was not in the building, while being escorted back to my room. I was told by the front desk that this incident would be passed along to the manager. I noticed several cameras in the hotel that would have captured the footage. I was so traumatized that I could not sleep that night, which was unfortunate b/c I had another 8.5 hours to drive. When I checked out, I was asked for my room number. The front desk person did not say anything about the previous night's incident. At the very least, I would think I would have been compensated the room. I am not asking for any free nights, but you are more than welcome to pay for my self defense classes! As I never want to feel that helpless in a similar situation, should that occur.

Not good stay

Didn’t get the break fast that we paid for. We got a suite and had six people but only two were allowed to have the breakfast we paid for through booking.com

Facility wasn’t clean. Breakfast wasn’t given to us even though we paid for the it.

It was pretty and clean

There was no mini fridge in the room. I was told there are only fridges in the suites. I have paid less at other hotels and had mini refrigerators and breakfast.

It was a good stay we always stay in holidays inn every time we had a road trip the most clean hotel so far

I think the size of hotel and the renovations they do ..

Sometime the room smell smoke even it’s non smoking room and I think the air conditioning is too cold ddnt down when I adjusted

paid a lot for a horrible stay. should have paid less and had a better stay elsewhere

great location

trouble checking in. a/c didn’t work right. renovations made noise early and had chemical smell and dust. half the time the key card didn’t work. shower was very low pressure

Will not be staying at this location again.

Only stayed one night. Did not experience anything worth while to mention that was likable. Manager did try to compensate for dirty room but only if I signed up for the rewards program through the hotel.

Dirty room. Rooms under construction. Room had bugs in picture frames and floor had some kind of mysterious deposits on the floor. Do not know what it was and but was disgusting. Renovations were being done to the room they checked us in on no discounts were offered and nothing was mentioned prior when checking in.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

It was surprisingly open. I liked that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I felt safe and I liked seeing the staff committed. The waiter in the restaurant was so helpful (Chase) and he was absolutely the pillar of service. He was not overbearing, but he anticipated what you needed and even offered options to see if you would like something different. Now that is service!

Our room smelled like smoke (even though it was a non-smoking room). Front desk took care of it right away. We stepped out to get a bite to eat and when we cam back, the odor was lessened comfortably.

Nice clean room.

I booked a King bed and they gave. me a double bed. First I was told they didn't have a room and when I book through Booking.com the staff didn't seem happy and when I asked about breakfast, she said it was included but it wasn't.

Awful experience don’t stay here !

Room was not clean at all very dusty with caulk all over the floor . Shower leaked water everywhere.

Will stay elsewhere if needing to go back to Springfield.

I liked the price and the location for where our next day activities were in relation.

Evening staff was rude, specifically the one in training. Room had a musty smell and bathroom looked like that of a roadside motel. Kids wanted to swim and there were no towels at pool, after walking to the front desk to see about getting a could towels I was told they had no towels, not even towels for rooms until the next day. To top off everything the listing says Breakfast Included. it’s only free for kids 12 and under. Adults must pay, so yes it’s included with payment.

Bathroom was like a sewer, bed was so dirty and blanket wasn’t washed at all. Hopeless stay I am never coming back and recommend others not to stay at holiday inn
