Very pleasant staff

Although the rooms are worn and dated, the location is great and staff is exceptionally friendly.
Of all the pet-friendly rooms we have booked to date, this one was the least clean or pleasant. There were large stains on the floor, carpet ripped up from previous pets and the bathroom reeks of urine. The room overall smelled bad. Most hotels have tiled pet-friendly rooms and are well-cleaned. I would definitely not stay here again. The value is not good compared to other hotels, including other Hampton Inn locations. I wouldn’t stay here again for half the cost I paid. We are quite dissatisfied. Our little dog is very clean, groomed and well-trained. He would not make a mess like there is in this room. But he went around sniffing all the stains and rolling around on the carpet, so there’s some encouragement for accidents that wouldn’t normally happen…another thing to be concerned about.

The breakfast was great and the location was in a decent area.
Parking was full every night and Some of the rooms needed upgraded.
4.3
Very expensive for our room, was clean but a bit smelly and old fashioned.
4.3
The location was clean and close to all of the things we came to do.
I made the booking last May for Quiltweek and when we arrived we were given the wrong type of room. I booked a king suite, confirmed on Booking.com and were given a double queen room. The whole reason for booking that particular king suite was so we could sew in our off time from the Quilt Show. The staff were non-apologetic and there were no other king rooms available. They were absolutely no help! I found a double queen suite at another Hilton property so our time at Quiltweek was not ruined. This is the first time I have had hotel staff not try, at all, to assist with fixing a problem. The manager never called me (I requested a call) to discuss. Whole situation was handled very badly. I won’t be staying there in the future. Last note, the fact that I made the reservation via a third party company seemed to give them an out to not even try to assist me!

The bed was so comfortable! The room was clean, and the staff was friendly.
The breakfast is not well organized or well stocked. The hotel was sold out on the night we stayed, and it was obvious that they had not prepared for that many guests to take advantage of the free breakfast perk.

Excellent breakfast. Nice clean comfortable room
Everything excellent. NO complaints

The breakfast was decent for hotel food.
There was feces left in the toilet. The air conditioner make a horrible noise the ENTIRE night which prevented us from sleeping at all. When we notified the front desk, they did not offer and assistance.

We were traveling through on our way to FL and needed an accommodation for our dog. We asked for first floor and were given an upgrade to a bigger room which was so great after driving 10 hours. She needed the room to run and get out some pent up energy so we could get a good night’s sleep!
What happened to standard size pillows? These are just small squares that aren’t at all comfortable. In a king size bed, no less. We don’t travel with our own pillows so I was pretty bummed to have to sleep on these.

We have been coming to Paducah in November to Christmas shop for 20+ years and have stayed at the Hampton for the last 8 or so years. Good location, great breakfast and friendly staff!
