It was Mediocre at best and just had a smell about it in general that wasn’t great.

Close to the wedding venue. Price was good. Bed was clean and pretty comfy.

The bathroom door was closed and when I opened the door it smelled moldy. The shower curtain was smelly like mold and there was red mold on the tile grout in shower in places. On the nightstand there were sticky rings on table like they hadn’t been cleaned well. There was 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom without additional roll. I had to ask for one. I saw a lot of good remarks about cleanliness, but to me it was kind of disgusting. I should have asked for another room, but was just too exhausted and I knew I wouldn’t be there much.

We were very disappointed.. reviews were opposite of how it was

The bed was comfortable but the headboard was very dusty which made me not want my pillow against it. The ac worked good

We don't usually complain but this just was not worth the money. First the man ask if we would take double bed instead of king bed we had reserved.i said ok but then We only had one wash rag for the 2 of us. The towels folded on the rack were damp. There was no breakfast. Big space behind AC we could see a lot of dust. Curtain wouldn't stay shut on window and people were right outside smoking.. we were on bottom floor so I had to fix if to stay closed. The telephone didn't work. Someone else had left the alarm set and it went off at 6:15 am which was very aggravating . There was smell of cigarette smoke in the halls from people smoking right outside the door. We were very disappointed because the reviews said it was very nice and said they served breakfast but obviously it changed owners or something happened.

It was a perfectly good hotel room for the price! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and there wasn't too much traffic in and out of the building. It was a perfect budget friendly hotel!

The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't a continental breakfast, and it could have used an air freshener, but it didn't stink.

Stay was okay, but I would have been more comfortable if I was confident the room was cleaned well.

Everything was primarily satisfactory. There was no breakfast, FYI.

The floor in the room was not clean. In the bathroom, you could see hairs on the floor. The hinges on the dresser cabinet were also busted. However, not being sure how well the room was cleaned really detracted from my comfort. If that hadn't been an issue, I would have almost nothing negative to say!

It was ok for one night on,y. We made do

Disappointed from beginning. Called Hotel direct. Was told no vacancies. Looked online. Said available. Called back. Still no availability. Couldn’t understand the one who answered. I asked again. Why no availability. Online says availability. So I book online. Got a confirmation #. All good. Got to hotel Check in. No discounts. No breakfast. Didn’t realize Drury changed ownership to Mustang Inn last year. Got my key. Went to room was met with a small dog in an occupied room. Went back to desk they seemed totally surprised. Didn’t like their attitude that appeared I was lying!! Told them someone was in that room with a dog!! Gave me another room. It was fine. We missed the breakfast and friendly staff that used to welcome us. We will be looking for another hotel next visit to Paducah!

See above One more thing. No working ice machine by our room. We could go up a floor or go to the one by the office back where the kitchen used to be. Not convenient. The comma areas were not as clean as they used to be. Just very disappointed. Will not stay there again.

Everything was great and as advertised. Great room, comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff, well located with Everything near by, and very affordable. We are Very Pleased.

Only coffee available was in the lobby. There was a coffee pot and fixings in our room, but no coffee. When I asked at the desk, they were unable to help me. Advertising stated there was no breakfast, so I was aware of that but there was a juice machine, but it was covered and not used. Coffee and juice would have been a nice and Easy addition. Coffee was excellent however.

if your in the area, don't pass this up for a big name chain!

we booked last minute as we were traveling through. what a very pleasant surprise! sparkling clean, comfortable beds, quiet, and very nice front desk staff. we give it a 10/10! convenient to the highway and lots of food options within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Refrigerator didn't work. Asked for compensation but they said since we booked with booking.com they couldn't offer anything. Didn't receive $50 credit from booking.com, either.

Clean, comfortable and good value

I liked the friendly staff and the fresh breakfast(fruit, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy). The room was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

There wasn’t an elevator from the first to second floor, I came in late at night and as a lone woman traveling I didn’t like walking up the stairs (which felt like a fire escape)so late and running into other guests who were loitering there. I think if the stairwell was open or there were no doors to the stairwell I would have felt safer.

just the unexpected deposit and it takes forever for the charge to go back on card . I ended up having to use gas money for deposit n had to borrow gas to get back out of Paducah!

Clean & comfortable room in a hotel that would be a "drive by" if judged by exterior.

We arrived late and the Front Desk Staff person was wonderful- friendly and provided all we needed to know. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The exterior of the hotel does not do justice to the inside.

WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The staff went above and beyond helping my 82 year old Mother(on a walker) and myself(on a cane). We sincerely appreciate their. kindness. Susie and Evelyn and Cate are so polite and friendly and we felt like part of their family. We hope to stay more often in the future as finances allow. Thank you from the bottom if our hearts. Also, I booked a stay the following Thursday and spoke with Felicia who was just as kind and sweet as well. Thank you for hiring such an extraordinary staff.

I would have preferred a shower chair in room 107 but everything worked out well.
