First and foremost, the location was perfect. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. EVERY staff member made us feel like family. Rudy, our breakfast chef was THE MOST awesome, funny and made the BEST pancakes we have ever tasted!
Absolutely nothing!

Breakfast was amazing, room was quaint but the bathroom was antiquated.
Antiquated bathroom.

The facilities are beautiful, the oceanfront location for a bed and breakfast is RARE! breakfast was wonderful and they go out of your way to make it a step up from your average hotel - complimentary beach chairs/umbrella/towels, tea/coffee service always available, blankets/bottled water/fresh fruit/cookies there for the taking in the lobby, etc. Staff was exceptionally personable and welcoming.
The afternoon red wine options weren’t good. I don’t expect to get the nicest wine ever at a free happy hour, but I’ve tasted much better cheap red wine than that. It’s worth shopping around a little more.
The smell of the lobby was a constant mix of bacon and coffee - could be hard to ventilate out breakfast smells in a smaller property, but worth trying to improve.

Excellent! Location Excellent!

The staff was amazing. Our room was perfect. The location was great. Some of the extras were great -- breakfast, afternoon beer, wine, snacks, fruit and brownies during the day. water and coffee available all day. beach chairs and umbrellas. All at no additional cost!
Loved everything!

Breakfast was great. Weather was beautiful even by Florida standards. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A perfect weekend to ask my girlfriend to marry me.
I can’t think of anything they cold have done better.

Ordinary fare which was no different than any breakfast provided hotel. Only the homemade pancakes, French toast. Brownies and cookies were actually really good
Our mattress needs to be replaced. We both had backaches from it being so worn out

Breakfast was just okay.
Room 418 - needs a new mattress. It kept pushing us to the middle of the bed and was thus uncomfortable

The deck was beautiful. We loved being able to sit out there and listen to the crashing waves. The breakfast and customer service were top notch!
The springs in the bed were uncomfortable. The smell in the hallway was unpleasant. More beach chairs and umbrellas would have ben nice also.

oceanfront, great customer service
nothing.

As usual was super. Makes day easy to get on With. Have always enjoyed my stays.
Could have been better house keeping.
4.3
Beach access with umbrellas and lounge chairs. The second floor porch where you could relax and listen to the sound of the surf.
Morning breakfast, happy hour add location to historic downtown.
A/C needs to be upgraded.
4.3
Breakfast was great. Beach was very nice. Room had great ocean breezes.
Beach chairs were locked so we could not sit on the beach until after 9:30 a.m. Had to change rooms because a termite swarm invaded out first room forcing us to repack and unpack.

Everything from check-in to check-out went extremely well.
Breakfasts were wonderful. We were impressed that we could get anything we asked for from all kinds of omelets (even made with egg whites) to turkey bacon and/ or turkey sausage.
Items put out on the tables and in the fridge were more than adequate.
The fresh fruit choices were delightful, as were the gals working the breakfast room.
We can't think of a thing we didn’t like.
