The rooms were dirty and in poor condition, surrounded by drugs, bums, prostitution, filthy elements, hazardous air, and drug pollution. Customer service was poor and unhelpful. He was not willing to clean or accommodate. I was very unpleasant, and dissatisfied, with the conditions of room and non accommodations, did not stay.

Plan on contacting Booking to see what our are. Wound up not even staying here even after we paid and there was a big no refund sign at the front desk. Went to room to put our things there and there were about a dozen flies all over the room and pillows. Picked up the sheets and the mattress edges looked questionable with black dots. We wound up not staying and driving back home an hour and a half instead. Can we do anything about getting our money back?

Staff was accommodating.

Bed was uncomfortable. Carpet was gross. Shower did not work. The room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke that made the towels smell gross and all of our clothing smell gross.

Privacy and parking

Room was not ready despite request for early check in. No hot water for showers. Would not allow use of bathrooms near the lobby after a three-hour drive and the room not being available.

The pictures shown are misleading on your site. The Inn is run down and is actually a homeless shelter. Had I known this I would not have used bookings.com to make the reservation. We requested 12 noon check in which was approved. We called them to say we were stuck in traffic so we would be late so that room should have been ready and waiting for us, but no, we had to wait another 25-30 minutes before we could check in. No smoking was requested and they say its no smoking, but there's people smoking all over the place so you smell it. The A/C Heater worked great and was a saving grace to drown out a little of the noise and it helped remove most of the smoke smell. Drug deals in parking lot. Drunk loud people (residents) all hours of the day and through the night. The room was ok. The carpets are worn, the bathroom was worn out, tiles cracked and the hot water took about 10-15 minutes to get, you had to leave the water running. There was supposed to be a refrigerator and a microwave in the room but because this has homeless people in it, they were taken out long ago. The room was basically adequate to sleep in. In room lighting was so dim you couldn't read. Why it was not brighter, I don't know. Outside the room the wood floors are very bad and at a few places so bad your foot would start to go through the floor, It did not appear safe to be outside the room and all night long you could hear people outside yelling, laughing, knocking on the doors, etc. Not a safe feeling. There are also several rooms that have been condemned stating UNFIT FOR HUMAN OCCUPANCY. i tried to book rooms at another place but they were booked. So we stayed there... my advice: DON'T CONSIDER STAYING THERE. DON'T DO IT! With this room they should have paid us to stay. Maybe Bookings.com would like to offer me a credit to use at another hotel/motel because they shouldn't have had this place available. How about it Bookings.com Rating: Less than awful...

The hot tub is my favorite!!! I will be back to rent that room again! Ask for Room 112 it's amazing!!!

The staff was nice .

To many people walking in and let of cars all night.bathroom very dirty.. Clump of hair on pillow. Pillows flat . door didnt shut all the way rattled all night. Someone knocking on my door late at night asking if the person before us was still there. No one in the office all night or answered the phone in the morning when we needed to check out. Had to leave card in room.
