I loved the room, it was really spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the fridge in the room. The casino was a decent size and I did win some money. I’d definitely stay there again.

Great vibe and great room and super clean and comfortable

Big rooms, nice casino, good gym
Too expensive, rooms where NOT cleaned during our stay, no crib, extra charge for toddler bed, indoor pool not heated even cold, restaurants prices where a rip off and the food was average, front desk staff not so nice.

Room was great. Comfortable and clean.
The hotel had a smell to it. I don't know what it was but it smelled like burnt coffee and poutruli. I didn't like it at all.

Property was beautiful
Nothing was open on Sunday

Dario, who greeted us upon arrival was very friendly and knowledgeable! The front desk staff was helpful as well and was much appreciated!
Our steak house experience was excellent and the meal was delicious! But there should be more restaurant options to choose from!
Didn’t get to use the pool this time but facilities are great!
It was a little confusing about how to play a round at the Concord! Awesome course but didn’t realize you had to go to the Adler to pay for the round!
Sports betting lounge was nice but they should have coffee at the bar area. Also maybe get a little better quality wine selection besides Berlinger!

We stayed here after a concert at Bethel Woods. Location was convenient. Valet parking was not available but parking was still easy. Property was clean and well maintained.
Hotel staff was not very welcoming and helpful. We arrived late due to the concert we attended. When we arrived, the hotel receptionist proceeded to check us in. Everything seemed fine and she was about to charge us for the room. Then she said she needed to talk to her boss. We then learned the property was overbooked and they didn't have a room in the casino hotel but could offer us a room at their "boutique" hotel next door. We had no other options as it was past midnight, so we agreed. I was then charged the same amount for the substitute room. Once we finally figured out where the other room was, it was clear to me the room was not equivalent to the room I had originally booked. It was comfortable but felt like yiur standard Holiday in room. There was nothing boutique about the room itself. The photos I included show the difference in the rooms. The first 2 photos are the room at the Alder. The second 2 photos are of the room I originally booked.

pool, rooms, easy access to everything with mobility issues. parking close, casino compact, wonderful staff, no access to room floors unless you have room key.
rooms a little expensive, not enough dining choices, adult pool closed upon arrival til next day, and stalkers hovering over you in casino.

Beds were comfy and the rooms were a great size. Loved how everything for the most part was on site.
Took 30 minutes to check in. The website was difficult to manage booking for the room and impossible to book spa treatments without calling. The same goes for coffee. There should be a way to do mobile pickup to order ahead instead of having to wait online for 40 minutes each morning. No room service. The room had a half eaten slim Jim under the bed. Little to no security at the pool. Some other guests brought down a subwoofer speaker to the poolside and were blasting it.

Breakfast was great but not the location
Other than location, nothing

the room was gorgeous.
We didn’t realize that during the week almost all the restaurants are closed and there is absolutely no entertainment. If you don’t check out by 11:15, they will be knocking on your door. And they came again at 11:18.
4.3
Terrible atmosphere very tacky and the sauna was 69 dollars extra which was never said beforehand!!

very clean, beautiful rooms, friendly staff, beautiful scenery, late checkout
The food and drinks are very expensive so free breakfast should be included with your stay.
